Excellent viewPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: The view & the bed
Cons: Waffles for breakfast please
Location: Hotel close to pier and nearby restaurants.
My partner and I had a gulf side view, just breathtaking. The room was quite spacious and the bed is so comfy we didn't want to get out of it.

Decent hotel for locationPosted Sep 15, 2014
This hotel was in a great location. You can literally see the beach from just standing there. Before we arrived we called to ask a few questions and one staff member was rude. When we got to the hotel another staff greeted us and upgraded our room for no charge. We had two double beds, the hotel was very clean, not too much noise it was perfect for a quick getaway. I would def stay there again.

Just a few steps from the beach. LOVED IT!Posted Sep 10, 2014
First off Hotel Staff was AMAZING!!! The night shift when we checked in and the morning shift was excellent. Hotel is just across the street from the beach. Room was a nice size. But bed and pillow is a little uncomfortable. If your looking for and overnight stay to be next to the beach this is the place.

Across from the beachPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Pool area was neat and hotel is very close to the beach and pier. Room was clean, had small fridge and microwave.
Cons: No WiFi, building appearance and maintenance can be improved.
Location: Close to EVERYTHING! Good location.
Front desk folks were welcoming and friendly, building would benefit from some loving care (maintenance, e.g. paint, shower knobs, nicer carpet) Overall experience was good.

Perfect location for Clearwater BeachPosted Sep 3, 2014
Cons: None! it is just perfect like it is!
The place was very clean, nice pool and just across the street from the beach. The staff was very professional and helpful. There are many things to do in that area. We just simply loved it. What a perfect way to get away at the end of the summer!

Great view, friendly staff, crappy hotelPosted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: friendly staff, nice location
Cons: 24hr desk clerk, softer towels, more bath products/toiletries (conditioner, toothpaste)
Location: I love Italian food so I ate at Gondola's. The food was good and reasonably priced but my server didn't know the menu and was inattentive :(
After a 21/2 drive there was no bathroom in the tiny lobby. My room had an excellent view (which i paid extra for), but was very hot (i was on the 4th-top floor). With the ac blasting set at 66 degrees the only place i was comfortable was sitting within 3 feet of the ac until after sunset. My first trip to the bathroom was a disappointment: shampoo only no conditioner, hard to reach toilet paper, rough towels and a red/orange spot on the toilet seat that was left up. The breakfast has no protein: oatmeal, dry cereal, milk, juice and sugar danish/doughnut stuff.

Old and run downPosted Aug 11, 2014
Not worth the price. Overpriced considering the condition of the place. Peeling wallpaper. This place has a great location It should be better taken care of.

Older HotelPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: A little updating of the hotel and new AC and I would most def stay again. Decent wifi would be a bonus.
Location: The beach is one street away. Several restaurants not even a block away. Very cool area to spend a weekend at the beach.
Older but very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. All within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and nice. The elevator is quite scary. The rooms do look better on the inside than the outside does. Pretty clean and quite roomy. AC was terrible though. Hot all weekend. Free wifi but I never could get it to connect.

Perfect location across the street from the beach.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Hotel needs a lot of improvements. The lock (one you slide your room key) was about to fall of & balcony door would not lock.
Location: The BEACH!! awesome location.. near by restaurants and shopping stores..
Expidia messed up on my reservations and the hotel staff help me out some. I had to be charged another 70 bucks, but still a lot cheaper than the Hilton.
