Right on beach, everything is very clean and well taken care of. Had beautiful view. Very Quiet. This place is not new but as nice as any I have stayed in and staff was excellent. Only problem we had was lack of places to eat but had full kitchen in room. We will return

Very simple, quiet and friendly. A great place to visit when you want to hang by the beautiful pool or walk on the beach and get away from all the tourist traps. Awesome staff.

It was wonderful to be staying in an adults only hotel. The section of beach, while accessible to the public, tended to be quieter than the adjoining beaches because of the nature of the hotel. The facility is older ( I guess '50's), but recently renovated to a comfortable, modern level. It was very convenient to have a full functioning kitchen.

This resort is great. Right on the beach, very clean, and quiet. I highly recommend it and will be going back myself. If you walk South approx. one mile you get to John's Pass for shopping dining etc. and within a few blocks North there are several restaurants and bars.

The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly and outgoing. Premises was clean. Was on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the gulf.

I would stay here again. It is not fancy, but the rooms have everything you could need and they are kept immaculately clean. Rooms have balconies that face the Gulf. It is quiet, the bed was comfortable. The pool is well-maintained. There are always staff members present who are very gracious. There is a small laundry in the main building and an ironing board and iron. They provide fresh coffee and continental breakfast. I found my room and surroundings pleasant and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The grounds are very well-maintained and staff frequently are seen combing the area to make sure it remains so.

“Pleasant hotel/no kids.”

This was our second stay at this hotel. No problems at all. Nice efficiency was more spacious than I pictured. Stayed in the 1 br apt last year which is really spacious. Pleasant staff greeted us and accomodated our early arrival though it wasn't expected. No screaming kids jumping in the pool so relaxing in the sun next to the pool is a given. Not fancy, but didn't want a fancy hotel stay. Overall, very nice.
