The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. There wasn’t much nearby to do. The pool wasn’t heated, unusual for Florida. The breakfast buffet was very overpriced and similar to the free breakfast in lower level hotels.

1st time there it was a pleasant experience from the front desk restaurant wait staff and housekeeping if I am ever there again in that area I have found a great place to stay.

First room we found door open and smoky smell. Requested room change. Given handicap room with VERY rusty shower seat we did not need. Bed was adequate. Employees smoking weed out front before midnight.

THE. BEST. SHOWER. of any hotel and we stay in a lot of hotels. The only complaint is there's no easy way to fill the coffee maker in the room with the only available tap (bathroom). Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Will stay again.

What i didnt like was the have a $5 1 liter bottle of water in the room for coffee, but they did have micro bottles in the lobby you could have a couple of. As exoensive as everthing else is why gouge people for something as cheap as water. Service was great room was clean.

Great airport hotel
We came last minute because of no parking at the airport. The hotel is so welcoming and comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to ease the anxiety of holiday travel. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Booked this for an Executive Director as it was near his meeting. He was totally dismayed by his room, facilities, cleanliness, amenitiesetc. His room is absolutely nothing like the website photos.

I booked a room for my birthday weekend because I had other bookings in the area. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk, Ashley, who was very polite and helpful with getting us checked in. I saw Ashley a couple times during my stay, and each time she was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, all the staff I came in contact with was very friendly and ready to assist. The onsite parking was great. The breakfast buffet was good, and the breakfast staff was very polite, and there was plenty of hot water to shower. There is a bar inside the hotel of which I didn't go to, but it appeared to be very nice. There is also a couple confrence/Ball Rooms, they can be a little noisy when occupied, but its actually not that bad. My only complaint is the A/C was extremely loud in the 2nd floor room we were in. That made it kinda hard to sleep because the noise kept waking me up. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I would stay there again.
