Will not Stay there again.Posted Apr 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
When we got there things went fine at check in and then went down hill from there. When we got to the room the stove eye did not work. The next day my children walked across the floor and their socks were black from the nasty carpet. We found out that they clean the tubs with a rag on the end of a mop or broom handle and just squirt a liquid on the tub. Most of the staff were friendly but there was one staff member that was very rude and nasty. They only clean the carpets once or twice a year. They do not have the grills and picnic tables that the website says they have. There is only one or two and they are not in good repair.

Our room was clean and quiet. Maintenance of the outside was good. We stayed because it was the closest hotel to our daughter. Iron, clean towels/bedding and blow dryer were available at the front desk. Rates were comparable to other hotels in area.

Bad customer servicePosted Oct 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
I came to stay for one night. I hung a brand new shirt in the closet and forgot to take it when I was leaving. I called the night of the checkout and informed them about the shirt. The lady said she will check with housekeeping and get back to me. The next morning by 3pm I have not heard anything back so I called again, and a girl informed me she found my shirt. I drove 2 hours to get to the hotel, and after 2 hours of searching and calling all their employees, they told me the housekeeper threw my shirt away. Uhm, excuse me? I left a very disgruntled customer. The next day the manager called me and told me proudly that they have so many people leave stuff that now if its just a shirt or one item they throw it away. My shirt was brand new, still with tags on it, it was not like an old crumbled tshirt that's old and used. Everybody there had a different story about where my shirt was, one says it was there and they kept it, another said they threw it away.

Left smelling like an ashtrayPosted Sep 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
I had booked a non smoking room and it was marked as such but upon entrance the room smelled like air freshener sprayed over smoke. The smell became weaker during my stay since I am a non smoker but when I got home everything, clean or not had to be washed and fumigated since it smelled like a smoky nightclub. I don't appreciate having been exposed to this since I do not smoke and feel that the hotel needs to pay more attention to the states of their rooms and keeping smoking/nonsmoking separated. Not sure why smoking still is allowed in hotels to begin with since it is so hazardous to others health.
