“Great Value”

This place was meticulously clean. Outside, hallways & rooms were spotless. Staff was friendly & went out of their way to serve. Beds were great & kitchen was new. I would definately be back...JIm

Hotel was nice. Not extravagant but clean and served its purpose.

Overall, we had a good experience; I would have preferred a king size bed. The two bedroom layout was very functional--plenty of space with bathroom access through the living room. We were able to setup a baby gate to keep our toddler out of the kitchen. Also the electrical breaker was accessible to disable the oven/stove. For the most part, the room was quiet. We had some motorcyclists making noise occasionally which was irritating at 7am. The breakfast is truly minimalistic... it almost doesn't quality as continental. We didn't go swimming, but the pool looked clean. They had coin-operated laundry available which was nice.

“Poor customer service”

Usually the Marriot is one of my favorite places to stay but I'm currently disputing this stay. They double billed me, the hotel didn't have hot water and the pohones didn't work, they knew this before I checked in and failed to mention it. They kept saying that the Manager would make it right and call me, been a week and a half and haven't heard back, I've currently escelated this issue with Marriot. On top of all this they billed my credit card for the stay knowing that it had been booked through expedia. Again, I've always had great luck with Marriots but they have some major issue's with this location, I'll never stay at this location again.
