“Great value and location in Clearwater”
Walking distance to pier 60 and the beach. Room has kitchenette.
“Certainly met my needs!”
It's economical and close to the beach, stores, restaurants within walking distance, the manager was very nice, helpful, available, workin dilligently to make the motel comfortible. I'll plan on staying there next year.

i enjoyed my stay here. this is an older motel, but has been maintained well. it has a relaxing atmosphere just far away from crowded beach front.

For the money, it was acceptable. Pool was nice but backyard by grill was icky. Owners are adding some nice decorative touches to the room.

We were able to check in early, and the staff was friendly, air conditioning did not keep room cool, no complimentary coffee,breakfast, shampoo,conditioner. Pool was small, not overly clean. Out of 3 locks on door, only one worked, very limited no pay parking. Very dated, not that clean. Was right across from the pier/public beach, and Crabby Bills, Cooters, and Frenchys handy to eat. By the time taxes were added, could have stayed at nice hotel right on beach! We were only there one night, and I was glad, as our stay at other hotel/motels was much nicer!
