“Great for Phillies spring training!”

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend to catch the PhiLLies for spring training. The loby was very clean and spacious. The staff was so friendly. Our room was right by the pool and the pool area was beautiful. Lenny's is right next door. The tilted kilt is really close and has amazing garlic parmesan fries. It is a great location if your are in town for Phillies spring training because the field is so close! There is also a Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was great there as well. Such a great hotel. So clean!

“Pleasantly Suprised”

For the money, it was a very nice hotel. It was an easy drive to Clearwater Beach. It was centrally located at a major crossroads which made driving around very convenient. We will reccommend to friends and are hoping to come back again in the future. Clearwater is our new favorite beach in Florida.

“Fine for an overnight stay”

The front desk staff here are very kind and welcoming. This is an older hotel, but our room was clean and tidy..the bathroom looked to have been recently redone. Rates were excellent for our quick stay...in at 5PM and out by 8 the next morning. This location was very convenient for the concert we came to see at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Don't use the hotel's website directions, they were very confusing and we got lost. Mapquest or google directions. We'd stay again for another concert!

“Updated, clean, friendly service.”

Check in was quick and uneventful ... staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. All those I encountered (staff) were very pleasant. A continental breakfast is provided. My only regret was not finding any protein offering other than small yogurt cups. Would have liked an alternative for those of us on low carb diets.

“Great Motel”

The management was very efficient, very nice, and helpful in every way. The pool was nice and clean. Motel has easy access to Rt19, 10min from beach, and best of all very, very clean. And the famous Lennys Restaurant is next door. You can't beat their everything under $10 menu--including Lobster Benedict on Saturdays. I will plan a return visit next year.

“What a great Value”

Wonderful accomodations for the price. Everything clean and freshly painted. Attractive wood flooring rather than carpet in rooms. Service was wonderful - - - very personal. Good cold breakfast options, including fresh fruit. Great high speed internet. Very comfortable computer chair and computer desk in rooms. Guest laundromat clean and new. Resort style landscaped pool area. Staff Pride taken in every aspect of the experience. Firm, comfortable matrices. Air conditioner even had a "temperature" setting option, rather than just a dial.

We were very pleased to find this hotel. The accomodation were nice, clean. Which was a must. Great location and very affordable rates. I appreciate the recommendations of other travelers. It helped us pick the right hotel for our needs.

“Very happy customer”

I was thrilled to have such a nice and clean room. I had a king sized bed, dresser, tv, desk, rolling leather chair, single chair with ottoman and clean bathroom. Bed was comfy with 3 pillows. Mapquest directions were a bit off. There is some construction going on in the area but it is not difficult to navigate. The hotel provides a continental breakfast--OJ, apple juice, oatmeal, waffles, toast, cereals, milk, coffee, bagels, cream cheese, butter, syrup, fresh fruit a yogurt. Such an awesome deal!!! The staff are friendly and kind.
