Close to the beach with great pool and hot tub. Ol

Posted May 3, 2015
Location: Good restaurants within walking distance, beach, johns pass is a short drive that has good restaurants, boat rentals etc
Staff wanted to ensure your comfort and to provide a great experience. We were on the inlet side and it was allot quieter than the gulf side as traffic on gulf blvd could get noisy. Very close to some great restaurants and short drive to johns pass

Another nice stay at Treasure Bay

Posted May 2, 2015
Pros: The Treasure Bay is friendly, brightly colored and has a great location.
Cons: In trying to save costs the hotel has cut back on small things like extra pillows and fresh fruit in the morning. It would be nice to see those back.
Location: Within walking distance you will find several places to eat and enjoy music. The beach is across the street and attractions close by.
I have chosen to stay at the Treasure Bay each year since they opened. I have always been happy with the staff, room, pool and the great location. The Treasure Bay has remained reasonably priced and the hotel well maintained. I will stay there again on my next trip too. I have stayed here with my family, just my wife and I and also solo.

Needs some updating but everything was great

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Location, quiet, ample parking, close to restaurants and bars.
Cons: The rooms could stand some updating most especially the bathroom but overall it was nice.
Location: Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, drug store. St. John's Pass, with shops and restaurants, is just a mile up the road
It was a great place to stay for our Tampa/St. Pete trip. We had a great view of the ocean from our room and it was a quick walk across the street to a great beach. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioning unit was quiet and very efficient. In spite of the busy road out front, the room was sound proof enough to block out all the street noise. I would stay there again.

Were were pleased.

Older building but nicely freshened and redecorated. Walkable to the beach, across the street, and to restaurants. Nice view of the channel, on our side. The beach at Treasure Island is wide and the surf impressive. The whole Island is busy on weekends (long waits at restaurants), less so during the the week. I likely would stay there again.

Most pleasant staff

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Staff and Safety
Cons: nothing
Location: beach accross street, John Pass Pier, fishing pier,
Troy, he said "Hi, Mrs Ling" when I walk in the door. I was surprised and felt welcome right away. He is such a sweet guy. After we get in to our room. He brought us extra towels before I could asked. Every year we came to Green Thumb Festival at St. Petersburg for business and pleasure trip for three days. We always stayed here because I felt safe, clean, comfortable here. We enjoyed sunset at 2nd floor balcony. Spa water are clean and at right temp. Even thought I didnt get to the beach but it just accross stree so convenient. I wish I could stay more days here.

Recently Update, Across from Beach

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Very nice hotel across the street from the beach. Hotel itself is very nice, and clean, staff is exceptional! Found beds and pillows slightly lacking in comfort, however really enjoyed our experience aside from that. Would definitely go back, excellent value!

Pleasantly surprised

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Although not on the beach side of the street it lends to a quieter environment. The staff was excellent, especially Andy the front desk.
We just spent a week there and found the hotel to be in excellent condition, the rooms were very quiet and comfortable; we loved the availability of the great TV sitting area with coffee, right off the rooftop added space and view of the public beach across the street. They do not have any restaurants or lounges, but everything is within a short distance. We will return!

LEGAL GUEST UNABLE TO PARK IN LOT - LEFT DAY EARLY

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: IT WAS CLEAN
NO PARKING even tho we had a proper hotel pass to park in the lot -- some cars were parked illegally and the staff did not have these vehicles towed or moved -- caused me to leave the hotel one day early.... WAS NOT REFUNDED FOR THAT SECOND DAY !!!!!!!! CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO TRAVELER'S....
