Treasure Bay Hotel & Marina

Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. Gave us the option of street side or harbor side. Glad we choose harbor side, cool view. Beach was close but it's across the street. The room was very clean and sleep all night. If we every come back to the area we will most likely stay here.

We are a family of four and stayed in early May. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is a great location and had some really nice touches like the roof top patio and coffee room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our washroom the second day and someone was up to fix it within minutes of calling. We loved having the little kitchenette in the room, but if there is one thing negative to say it is that we were disappointed that the kitchenette had absolutely nothing in it...no dishes, cutlery, etc. The staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Double room booked for 4 people but only 2 towels, staff courteously gave more upon request. Soap and shampoo not replaced during the stay.

Good clean rooms, everything works! Great, friendly staff. Fantastic location. Grandson joined us and we couldn't get him out of the pool, which wasn't really a problem. Nice pool and very clean.

There was rug cleaning going on during my stay. If I had known that, I would not have stayed at this hotel. Lots of noise in the middle of the day when you want to take a nap. The computer for guests was not working properly and I the manager of the hotel had to put my info in the desk computer so I could get my boarding passes. I did not like my personal info being seen and put in, but I had no other alternative. My toilet clogged. I asked at the front desk at 6PM that the toilet needed fixing. I returned to my room at 10:45 PM and the toilet was still not fixed. When I reported this to the front desk at 10:45 PM, they finally came up with a plunger and fixed the toilet.

It was a solid beach hotel. The rooms were clean and did not have the humid feel of a beach hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. The proximity to the beach was great. The kitchenette area was very nice. There was lots of storage in the room. The hallways still smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the elevator. The coffee in the common area was not always readily replenished. The service was fair.

We stayed 3 nights & were busy that we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. We just relaxed mid vacation to do laundry & visit the beach. I used the exercise room once. The room was nice, spacious enough for 3. I found this place online with reduced rates and it was still spendy for our overall trip budget. We were on a 2 week excursion and this expense was our splurge by the beach. We should have allocated more time to relax on the beach.

Stayed one night. Perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of nice restaurants close by.

Originally reserved for the marina, however, did not bring the boat down. Even without the boat I found this place to be a perfect stay. I was worried about the pool being right off the parking lot and road. It honestly had no effect on my enjoyment. The sun deck was a good alternative to relax and read a bit. Staff was great as well as the folks staying here. The massive beach is literally 20 steps away. Publix is right down the road as well. The hotel itself was very clean. The room looked like it had just been renovated. Kitchenette was a nice addition and very useful for a 3-day stay. I had a room facing the pool and, as previously stated, is right off the main road out front. You could hear traffic, but once it was time for bed the traffic had dissipated. I will say the hotel doors are very loud when they are opened/shut and woke me up a few times from other guests coming/going during the night. Other than that, location was spot-on and double bed was more roomy than a normal hotel. I'd stay again in a second!

hotel is not on the beach but across the road. hotel is near several good beach bars and eating places. room was very large and bed was comfortable.no food available in hotel but coffee available and in room also nice kitchenette. overall good value for money
