Awesome!Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Amenities and the staff. Room was also comfortable and clean.
Location: Beautiful location with great restaurants and things to do near by.
What a great hotel! We lounged by the pool, ate at the restaurants and had a great time. I would definitely stay here again. The amenities and the staff are by far the best part of this hotel.

Location, quality & conveniencePosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you want the nostalgia and service of the Old World, and comfort and convenience of the present, think Vinoy Renaissance! Park your car and walk to a great selection of quality restaurants or stroll around the waterfront, visit museums and art gallery...all very close...think Hemingway!

The only place to stay in St. Pete!Posted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
My weekly business trips are much less stressful now that I've discovered this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful and the hotel lobby and guest rooms are beautiful. I can't wait to visit the hotel on a "pleasure" vs. "business" trip.

gracious hotelPosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
An easy feel but certainly elegant in its own way. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Found it somewhat cheap to charge for premium channels on demand. Surrounding area is lovely to walk around but needs a boutique shop or two to carry it off.

Beautiful VenuePosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Location and decor
Location: lots of things to do that are walking distance. Segway tours of the downtown area, lots of outside food restuarants. Nite hotspots :Tryst and Canopy.
The staff was wonderful, but I do have to say that I booked a room with Expedia for 2 queen beds and they gave me a king because they said it was not a "guaranteed reservation". With no other rooms available my girls night weeked turned into 3 of us in a king size bed. They offered a cot for the room, however we opted out of that because we thoughted it would be too tight. Other than that the staff - both valet and porter were wonderful and friendly.

Nice hotel, but overpricedPosted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: Marriott beds, wonderful.
Hotel was being painted during our stay, we moved the 1st night, couldn't be bothered the others. Movies are $19.99 & valet parking $20/day, more than any hotel on South Beach. While nice, the rooms are just like any other typical Hyatt or Marriott, so I'd say overpriced.

Excellent! This is a wonderful hotel with professional attention to the smallest detail. I was expecting a high quality experience, but the Vinoy exceeded my high expectations.
