Pros: cost was excellent and had all the amenities cooktop, refrig.

Location: great central location. easy walking everywhere.

Pros: the location is amazing ! the room was nice big and comfortable for me a 7 yr old and a 2 yr old ! staff was great ! and we will be back !
Location: the beach is right across the street n the marina is a block away ! location couldn't be better if u don't have a car!
me and my two children had an excellent stay at this hotel in Clearwater beach ! best vacation ever!

Cons: Bed was very small, a/c didnt work properly.
The hotel was located in an awesome spot right in front of the beach, but the room itself was small the a/c didnt seem to work. We checked into our room, went to the beach and left the air on so when we came back the room would be cool, instead we came back the room felt about the same as it did before we left. So it made our overnight stay very uncomfortable.

This motel has an excellent location. The condition of building, furniture, etc. is very delapidated. Moldy. OK service.

We certainly enjoyed our hotel experience. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.

Great location! Room was clean but no extras! Blankets pillows,towels,coffee etc. Did come with crazy dude on 1st floor beachview suite! He lives there! Very scary, we had to go after 1st night too creepy! S&K from wisconsin0

Great place to stay. This was our 2nd annual trip. The price is right. It's not the Hilton but its right in the middle of everything and clean! The staff is great and really personal. Every room has a view of the beach. Casey and Veronica were very helpful with the area. Take the trolley for a day what a great time, make it a bar crawl. Want the best places to stop along the way ask Casey. We will be back again next year!!

Location: Nice location
Very nice location, across the street from the beach. Half the staff was friendly. Old rooms, towels not so clean, but price was ok for the location.
