This hotel has convenient access to I-275 and is about as central as one can get in the larger St. Pete's-Tampa area. The great benefit is the excellent and free daily hot breakfast buffet and the tasty free evening meals M-Th.
For parents and children, this place is a good place to start and finish days.

I was in town on business and I like to be downtown since that business is beer. Check-in and checkout are always pleasant and fast. I have not had a bad experience yet. I also love the restaurant next door, although they might be associated with another hotel (sorry).

We had a great experience from the moment we stepped in the door. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The beach was just steps away which made it very easy with our small children. Food was great at both the restaurant and tiki bar. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff was phenomenal. Every time I asked for help on something they were at my service. They really were amazing. If I needed detergent soda or chips they helped out and every few times threw it in as goodwill. The breakfast is enough to fill you up to the top where you can skip lunch and wait for dinner.

"Great facilities right in the center of the action"
Nice hotel at the main roundabout for clearwater beach. The location couldnt be better for the area. Plenty of catering to early arrival we spent tge entire day befpre and the entire day after the last night on the hotel's beach as they kept our things and car parked upfront without any issues and even offered to do so. They provide free towels, have starbucks in the lobby (for small fee), a tiki bar out back, and a couple restaraunts. We ate at local places instead of the hotel, but the facilities were ipdated and nice considering how old the area is.
Great service, but book at least 30 days in advance for the best deals. This will prevent paying $400 per night.
Plenty of umbrella and chair rentals, but we brought our own to avoid paying $50 per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella.

A nice surprise to see how big the room was and over looking the water side too. The swimming pool was very clean and not at all busy, towels, rest room and a bar too!
The hotel has a nice bar, a shop for essentials and also a Starbucks if you don't want to travel too far for a coffee.
