Bad experience

Cons: Quality of the service
Location: On nevskiy it's the best location for SPB.
We arrived and the gym center was closed. Problems with the sink very bad smell and water everywhere, room service very slow. 45 minutes to bring towels... And the room was not clean during one day... They just "forgot".

A great stay

Pros: Good room, speedy wifi, excellent food and service in all areas
Cons: The gym
Location: Right in the middle of Nevsky Prospekt it could not be better located
Just spent five nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet with excellent wifi connections The food in the bar area was excellent- especially the rib eye steak and the grilled salmon The concierge service from the two ladies was first class and the drivers provided real professionals. The gym could do with upgrading with more equipment

Nice place to stay in Saint Petersburg

Pros: The location, the staff.
Cons: Could have double beds instead of singles
Location: The hotel is on Nevsky Prospect, close to major attractions like the Hermitage and with lots of restaurants close by
The four of us stayed here for 3 nights. When we got there and were shown the room (a standard room) we realized that the two doubles were actually two singles and certainly not enough for the four of us. But the front desk manager was very nice, shifted us into the biggest standard room (314: nice view of Nevsky Prospect) and told us they would put rolling single beds for our kids without charge. It is a comfortable place to stay in, well run, and the concierge was very helpful in getting taxis for us. The hotel has their own taxi which is quite expensive but the ones they call from outside are for a fixed price and very reasonable. The location on Nevsky Prospect, is wonderful: lots of nice restaurants close by, fun to just walk on the street, and about a 25 minute walk to Hermitage. Try to get a room looking onto Nevsky Prospect. Highly recommended.
