Great place to relaxPosted Feb 26, 2014
Pros: We liked the quality of the accommodations and the beautiful setting. Also the friendliness of the staff was outstanding.
Everything was first class, from the service, to the food, to the facilities. We came here to relax after a week of sailing with Tradewinds Cruise Club and it was an experience above and beyond our expectations.

Over hyped but still a great vacation venue!Posted Jan 12, 2012
Pros: Very friendly and capable staff and one of the best " all inclusive" packages that you will come across anywhere!
Cons: Some disruption from ongoing building works and some of the over ambitious Eco friendly initiatives with current villas still are being fixed.
Location: Idyllic location, but until the new International airport is open ( date uncertain...not before 2013) it is not easy to reach!
The Hotel does not yet quite live up to the hype of providing Five star luxury! Creating a large Luxury resort on the island of St Vincent, which has no established tourist infa structure, was always going to be a major challenge. What has been achieved in the first 9 months is really impressive, but some aspects currently fall short of Five star standards, particularly the quality and variety of the dinner options. There is a capable and committed management who, I am confident will overcome these few shortcomings. Current Tariffs offer very good value despite these few issues where they currently fall short of a true Five Star experience
