Stayed 1 night on our venture down to Florida. Had a boat behind me so I was nervous about parking. Had no problem parking it, or worrrying about its safety. Clean comfortable room. Friendly (late) check in. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a stand up hotel. My wife left her ID in the room they called and mailed it out the next day without hesitant or charge. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the highway. Dining options plentiful within a 5 mile radius. Good shopping a short drive away. Breakfast wasn't cooked to order as advertised but the options were still decent. Overall a nice, quiet stay.

It was a very nice stay but I did not like all the plastic that was used. The shampoo bottles and stuff where in plastic bags as well as each pack of towels also in individual plastic bags. Very unnecessary and bad for the environment.

Pool was filthy hadn’t been properly maintained only stayed 2 hours I had called before booking and my main reason was the pool the front desk staff told me the pool was open 9am to 10pm but withheld that I could wind up with a brain eating organism if I had gone in the pool. The manager refused to refund me I live 20 minutes away I spent the night at home. This was supposed to be a mini vacation for me and my childhood best friend to catch up. Comfort Inn employees and management remember honesty is the best policy.

The condition of our facility and safety of our guests is always our top priority. We have a regular maintenance program for all parts of our hotel including our outdoor pool. It encompass all aspect of cleaningness and safety appropriate for that amenity. Our records show that routine checks were performed and the parameters of the pool were within expected ranges. A very basic room that included a simple breakfast. No housekeeping services, which was not great for a three day stay but the hotel met the basic needs of my family. Nice outdoor pool and patio area.

We drove from Illinois, for our Grandson's Marine Officer graduation, and the round trip was very smooth, but it was after we got home that a big problem occurred from the Comfort Inn. Our stay was nice! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was good. BUT, when you turned the bathroom fan on there was a strong cigarette smell and after a shower, there was orange steam bubbles on the ceiling. We did not complain to anyone as it did not bother us. The bedding didn't smell nor did anything else in the room so we were fine with it. But when we got home there was a $200 charge at our bank for smoking in the room. We never so much as lit a cigarette in that room! Room 102 is by the exit and we smoked outside. We called, on Sunday, to explain that we didn't smoke in the room and the girl was snippy and accusatory! She said they just put new carpet in and painted the ceiling so it had to be us!!! I asked her to go in the room and put the fan and shower on, and to also look at cameras from the outside and you will see us outside. Apparently she had no interest in that. Three days of frustration, restless nights, and three phone calls later, I was told they'll give us the "benefit of doubt and refund our money!" So, in their eyes, we're lying! They should have ran the fan and shower, and looked at the cameras like I suggested, and then apologetically gave us the refund. If you stay there, and smell cigarettes, go complain immediately!

Concierge recommended a restaurant that was off the chart but very good we were so pleased. The breakfast was substantial with lots of options. The only thing that was a little challenging is the front of the building is right on the highway so there was some noise.

It was convenient off of the highway and sheets appeared clean. The microwave and mini fridge were combiner. Included breakfast was decent. Outdated rooms with a toilet that didn’t flush right. The fan/bathroom light were on switch and the fan was so incredibly loud. The water pressure was also terrible and just trickled out. Also loud.
