The condition of our facility and safety of our guests is always our top priority. We have a regular maintenance program for all parts of our hotel including our outdoor pool. It encompass all aspect of cleaningness and safety appropriate for that amenity. Our records show that routine checks were performed and the parameters of the pool were within expected ranges. I understand our staff on duty also immediately checked and recorded the condition,again it was within expected ranges, when questions were raised.Again, thank you for your feedback and we will use it to explore how we can do better, in order to provide a superior experience for our guests in the future.
