Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Renovate? cleanliness is a big problem. We had to clean surfaces of tables, etc.
Location: OK
First we got the room that looked like someone was still there. The second room the windows were opened to get fresh air, wee could smell something. The third one was not better, we could smell strange odor. We called expedia to cancel the other two nights.

Nice hotel attendants

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially Detra. Suite was very clean and comfy. Very quite as well. Breakfast was average. I will definitely stay there again.

I found the The hotel clean. The staff very nice. The breakfast was great too! The only issue I had is I went down to the fitness room to workout. Both treadmills either had an error code and were not working or the machines were really loud. The TV didn't work either. I told the front desk. Hopefully, they got it fixed. Other than that it was fine. I would stay there again.

great location to everything.(food, shopping)

Pros: the full mini kitchen.
Cons: The TV doesn't work with the stand its on, bad viewing.
Location: the national harbor, staking ring, movie theater. lots of places to eat.
the hotel was very clean, good breakfast I will stay again.

Close to area shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. In a quite location. Would definitely stay again

Average Hotel

Pros: The professional demeanor and friendliness of the hotel staff was refreshing. We also appreciated the variety of the breakfast selections served.
Cons: The room was clean but could use a deep cleaning.
Location: The hotel was located on a freeway and near several restaurants and a shopping area. It was directly off of I-95 which made travel to the DC fast.
We were greeted by a hotel staff member at the front desk upon arrival. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious with a kitchenette and a nice view of the front of building. Although the room was nice, there was a big pink stain in the carpet. The room was clean but lacked a crispness about it. The restroom was also clean with a powerful toilet. The tub was backed up and slow flowing. My husband was looking forward to taking a swim, but further examination of the pool prompted him to skip that activity. We appreciated the breakfast served in the morning.

Disturbed me when I didn't want to be

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived so I had to call with my cell phone for someone to step out. The phone rang for 2 minutes before someone arrived. The 3rd floor had a strange odor to it. When I made it inside my room all of the clocks had different times on it. None of these issues really bothered me, but the hotel did perform one oet peeve of mine. I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and room service knocked on my door anyway. I didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast.
