Good room service, noisy at night

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Lots of people outside being loud at night. Some use it as a hang out

I did not like the experience. It was awful. The room was dirty, gum on the head board, trash not empty.

It was like living in the 80's brown everything!

Posted Apr 12, 2015
it was like living in the eighties again. Everything was brown, including the bed sheets, tube TV, holes in the wall. There was lipstick on the toilet seat. smelt like Cologne overspray but for what I was staying there for it did the job I was only there for 5 hours for sleep and a quick shower. oh and the towels were scratchy!

Worst over night customer service ever.

Posted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: Morning staff was courteous. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Over night when people are tired and want to lay down and there is nothing else going on it should be smoother process.
Touring musicians. Booked the room at 9pm via the mobile app. Confirmed/paid for the room. Called the hotel direct to explain about late arrival as it would be after 1am that evening. Arrived at hotel and was told we didn't have a reservation for half an hour. Guy didn't even type a single name or conf. # he was give into the system. Just kept saying we were mistaken over and over. Eventually got it worked out, but when all you really want to do is lay down and you only have 7 hrs before you need to be on the road again, 30 mins is an eternity....

Most inexpensive option, stay there during the week to avoid long drive to stamford for work. Hotel is not great, but it works for a place to sleep.

Clean, convenient motel and a deal for the money

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: A good deal for the money.
Location: Convenient location to Rte 95.
I have been staying in the Stamford area for business. This is the second time at this motel. This is an expensive part of CT and, for the money, this is a very good deal. The room was clean, the area is relatively quiet and safe. I would stay again if I need to.

Not what we paid for

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Bought a king size with jacuzzi. The bed was on top of a wooden box with carpet on top of it. The was over all clean, dated but clean in the room. The jacuzzi was a whole other story. I am a little ocd so I brought cleaning supplies to clean it my self, yet as soon as I turn on the jacuzzi, which one one jets was working, I put in one leg and there is all these sand like particles on me. Needless to say I was a lil grossed out.
