Pros: Spaciousness of room
Cons: Leave the coffee untll 10:00am as advertised. I just finished loading my car and return to the restaurant area and the coffee was gone at 9:54am.
Courtyards are charming; large enough to have the amenities one needs; small enough to feel almost intimate.

Pros: the beds
Cons: the pool temperature- it was a little cold

Pros: Location.
Location: Great restaurants in Norwalk.
We had a very nice experience. The desk clerk smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, which we thought was the guest ahead of us. But the odor lingered after that guest walked away. It was not a great way to begin our stay, but it did not spoil our experience.

We came for the night on our way to NYC. Hotel was very accommodating of health circumstances with our youngest. Kid friendly, wonderful, updated pool.

Dirty pillow and no sheets for pullout. Seemed short staffed. Manager on duty was helpful. Okay but probably won't stay here again if in the area

Location: convenient location with Starbucks across the street
The hotel was great, but I did not like dealing with Expedia.
