staff was all very pleasant and ofering assistance. rooms was large had a great night sleep.pool area was warm and welcoming. outdoor seating small and cozy. large shower/tub. very relaxing weekend.located off highway with several dining choices nearby.

It's located right off I-95 in Norwalk. You can't get lost if you're new in th area.Try it and enjoy.

“Perfect stay”

I flew to Rhode Island from Virginia to purchase a used car. This turned out to be the perfect stop on my way back. I chose it because it was outside the fray of NYC. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was great. I even got a warm cookie when I checked in. I felt very safe as it is surrounded by an office park. And getting back on I-95 was mere blocks away.

“Terrific Option for location. good customer service and Amenities”

Normally I prefer staying in smaller hotels. However the Double Tree Hotel in Norwalk is an example of why sometimes a chain hotel can be great. While the hotel is located on a main road the upshot is that within a mile are every convience one could possibly want including a Kinkos next door. Also I have found the staff are always friendly & helpful. The addedd bonus is this hotel has a pool, computers which can be used 24 hours a day and a modern comfortable room.

“Sold on Double Tree”

This was such a wonderful experience for us. The front desk was warm and inviting, very pleasant and uber-accommodating. We had stayed at a variety of hotels but I will definitely look for a Double Tree whereever we go next. The "Sweet Dream" beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave to go home to our mediocre mattresses. Thank you Double Tree for such a wonderful experience!!!

“Great Hotel Great Stay”

Had to stay there to be near the hospital and it was a comfortable, restful, quiet place. The price can't be beat. Overall it was a nice stay, comfortable room and good price.
