Stayed 4 nights, room was very nice and well equipped. Clean bathroom and great water pressure. Free coffee machine with pretty decent coffee. Gym was better than most hotel gyms, lots of options for cardio and strength training. Cozy patio with a fire pit and comfortable chairs to enjoy a beverage and/or read, chat. Pleasant staff. Ample free parking.Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Our go to hotel when visiting the CT/NY area. Clean rooms with quiet locations. A short drive to catch the train to NYC. This time, the market in the lobby hadn’t been stocked so there were no drinks other than alcoholic drinks in the fridge and staff were nowhere to be found. Other than that, Still a great place to stay.

They charge for breakfast and on Sunday they didn't provide one at all. Housekeeping didn't clean my room on Monday throughly.

Although the staff was great, they could only do so much! The shower stall is too weird with the way it’s set up and not for tall or short people. The rooms are not sound proof.

Property is newer and clean. Staff is friendly. That’s the good news. While breakfast is “available”, it is far from free. Our first morning, no one was even manning the area where you would place your order. About 5 people were waiting. We opted to buy a muffin and oatmeal from their grocery area. The second morning, a buffet was available, at the tune of $18.95/pp. We passed. Coffee options were good, but we had to request cups/beans on more than one occasion. Front desk staff appear to have multiple jobs, at times taking them away from the front desk and requiring patience on our part. Read the reviews and make sure you know what amenities are provided. We were not the only ones looking for a free breakfast the first morning.

- The area to purchase food was barren. You couldn’t even buy a bottle of water. - Water dispenser didn’t work on floor 2 so I had to go to main floor to get water and they only had small 6oz cups. - Bathroom was filthy - hand prints on the mirror, hair in the shower, blood around the edge or bathtub. - Room was had a smoke smell.

The beds are very comfortable, the building and rooms are nice-looking, and checking in and out is very easy. Everything else was pretty poor. Most of my interactions with staff were awkward and negative. Dining service was rude and most of the menu items were unavailable without reason. Room service barely ever came and when they did, the job was half done. For example, towels and trash was taken but beds were not made and dust remained. The vent in the bathroom did not work, so showering made the enter room humid. My room had weird stains on the carpet at check-in. People at the front desk were very kind.

Loved the place, only change I would make would be to have a decider between rest room and sleeping area. The glass that is currently there creates a scenario that uf someone uses the restroom at night they wake up who us sleeping when turning on the light.

This Hotel, for one, was a great price for two nights. Secondly, it was a very sleek, modern hotel. The atmosphere was very quiet. The surrounding area was very convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. The stand up shower was nice, and the staff was very helpful. It was a very relaxing and comfortable visit for my wife and I. We would certainly recommend considering the price, availability, and convenience of this hotel. 👍

I like the landscape, the property was clean inspite of the dogs. The bathroom floor had small amounts of hair, which could mean the mop or cleaning cloths doesn't pick up all the lint and hair The carpet wasn't vacuumed well and carpet looked dirty and tile part of the floor was buckled, you need new tile and carpets
