I didn't get his name but the morning male African American receptionist on 4/18/15 was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service skills with a smile.

We were given a handicap room which is all they had left with a king size bed. And for the money we paid for one night, I see no reason why breakfast is not included. Hotel wasn't any more special than if we had stayed at a lower end hotel.

The Bar food needs to improve on the variety of what they have . After a long day I would have liked to have just some better bar food choices. The hotel is a very great location for Business and meeting place to conduct it. I used the computers and printers in the lobby. Thank you for the Pleasant stay. I will stay again for sure.

Worse stay ever!!!

I stayed at the hilton holet for four days. Day 3, I ran out of soap. The hotel staff refuse to leave a replacement soap or water for that matter. A good thing I travel alot so I had an extra. The front desk spend their time talking to each other and less time taking care of their potential customers. The complimentary water was refilled once over my stay. Overal I would avoid going to the Hilton hotel if you book with Expedia. It's my believe I was treat that way because I used a 3 party booking.

Only issue I had with this booking was a constant rattle of a machine that I couldn't make out what it was that kept vibrating all night wasn't loud but enough to bug me. Room was great lobby was great and shuttle service was good.
