Been staying here several times. Checking in always a pleasant experience, night staff are very welcoming. Over my multiple stays here, my stay has always been nice until yestetday's check out. Since most of the time i check in late, I usually request for late check out time and they always accommodate that. Even if i check out at 12nn without notification they dont say anything. Yesterday however, morning shift staff called me at 1120am and said in a matter-of-fact tone that she'd charge me extra if i stay beyond the 30 more minutes that i just requested. I understand it's protocol but she could have said it in a more pleasant way. If she can improve, this hotel would be the friendliest among stamford hotels.

I really enjoyed my stay. Just make sure you request a room on the fourth floor or higher to reduce the risk of hearing everything that goes on in the YMCA below the hotel.

Awakened several times by doors, elevator, and who knows what. Bedding was not as comfortable as it looked. Wonky elevator card reader needs to be ditched - it only works if you hold your mouth just right. Compared to the hotels in Maine and New Hampshire where we also stayed on this trip, the staff of Hotel Zero Degrees was less than friendly.

Pros: voor mij was het voornamelijk de locatie; moest er in de buurt zakelijk zijn.

Hotel vergelijkbaar aan de typisch Amerikaanse hotels. Echter jammer dat de verwarming via die oude Amerikaanse airco's gaat, waardoor je iedere 5 minuten het idee hebt dat je in een vliegtuig zit. Ontbijt is self-service en beperkt op kartonnen bordjes, wat wel tegen valt voor de prijs die je betaalt. Er is ook geen bar of restaurant. Er zitten er echter genoeg in de buurt. Verder zijn de kamers compleet en goed.

We checked in and was given a free upgrade. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was smaller than what we're used to but everything was well kept and clean. Would go back again!

Elevator had problems and staff didn't seem to care much about it. Granted the city had just been dumped on with over a foot of snow...I know they had alot going on. They do have a very fair cancellation policy. Breakfast was great

average overnight stay -- nothing more to add. I was satisfied with this hotel experience.
