“Charming Change from the Chain Hotels”

On a recent business trip to Wilton, CT for CA, I stayed at the Norwalk Inn. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the restful night I had after a long day of travel. Room service was great. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. I will stay at the Norwalk Inn on my next trip to CT.

“I would stay again!”

Staff was friendly and helpful, Bad weather was moving in so I left very early to avoid NY traffic as I was travelling back down to Philly. Comfortable room and very convienient to the freeway. I was there on business, but would recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel.

“Always consistant”

I have stayed at The Norwalk Inn for the past 4 years for either vacation or business. The quality is always consistant, friendly staff, clean and beautiful gardens in summer. Pool is a wonderful getaway tucked between resturant and flower garden with fencing. Free breakfast is a treat, not continental!! Will be back next year

“Will stay here again”

Beautifully kept, friendly service, rooms clean although a bit small. Nice outdoor patio area and pool, however the pool was closed while we were there due to PH levels. Will stay there again.

“NIce place to stay in Norwalk”

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained and upgraded. Room was pleasant and comfortable, convenient to where we were visiting in Wilton. A bit further than the closest hotel, but worth the exttra mile or so.

“Great Customer Service Nice hotel and great location”

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed at check-in to find the room next to us under repairs but after a quick stop at the front desk we were immediately upgraded to a much nicer room with no problems. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay at a great price

“A home away from home”

This stay was a return visit for me to the Norwalk Inn. Due to a terrible travel experience from CA to CT, I arrived at the Norwak Inn at 4:30am when I was schedueld to arrive at 7pm, the prior day. As I have come to expect, the staff was nothing but accommodating and was very helpful at such an early hour. I stayed the entire week and was once again exceptionally pleased with the service, the food, especially the comfort of the bed. I have now made the Norwalk Inn my home away from home for my frequent trips to CT.

“Great location”

Perfect location in the heart of Norwalk and on the border of Westport. Easily accessible to I-95 and the Saugatuck train station as well as the Boston Post Road.

“Convenient and comfortable”

This hotel is very conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even held on to a computer mouse we left in the room so that when we returned for a repeat visit the following week, they were able to return it to us. The included breakfast on weekday stays is very complete and adds to the value of a stay here.
