Ok hotel

Posted May 21, 2014
Pros: The bathroom granite looked nice.
Cons: The staff's training. Finish the construction.
The maid knocked on the door several different times in the morning while I was sleeping. I was so annoyed. Lesson learned; I should have paid a little more to stay at a slightly nicer hotel or a Courtyard or Fairfield hotel.

Not as nice as expected

Posted May 14, 2014
Pros: Good location, good parking, friendly staff.
Cons: It needs TLC, some repairs, and cleaner linens,
We requested a room near the elevator and got one. The TV worked and there were good channels. The laminate floor was nice. The restaurant was nice. The vending was plentiful. However: One of our room keys didn't work. We had to take it to the front desk to be reprogrammed. There were dirty hand prints, smudges, and fingerprints on the back of the bathroom door. The toilet seat was loose. There were dried boogers on one of the hand towels. There was lipstick on the bath mat (in the shape of lips) The mattress on one of the beds was saggy. The closet doors didn't close all the way.

Would never come back, and recommend to friends. Very sterile, empty big spaces. Uninviting. No lounge, even though in remote area. Hotel is clean, and so are the rooms.

Under Construction

Posted Apr 25, 2014
The main area of the hotel is being remodeled and is in bad shape. There was no warning of this when booking the room. They also don't tell you that there is a $10 fee to park your car over night.

Under siege

Posted Apr 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel the night we stayed was under siege by a large group of people and their children running around wreaking havoc in the lobby area. None of the restaurants or lounge were open for use by guests. Hotels should be required to inform guests before they book that they are under renovation or that they have large groups that have taken over the entire facility.

Good enough for 1 short night

Posted Apr 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The main area is huge but feels more like a gymnasium than a hotel. The room was fine, clean. The common areas, hallways, elevators and such were dirty and outdated.

Noise at 3:30 AM

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Cons: For one thing, they could return my calls.
I was awakened at 3:30 AM by a load party next door to my room. I called the front desk and they would send security to check on it. After 20 mintues, nothing had changed and I called the front deks who said that security found nothing. They did not help out. Calls to the hotel manager the next day were not returned. Bad experience all around.

It was ok

The hotel seems to be under renovations as it switches to a different brand. Hotel seemed very empty - ghost town. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Wifi was good and the free breakfast was, not very good - just coffee, pastry and yogurts.

Good Enough

Seems like this hotel will be changing to a new brand, so no point in judging too harshy. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
