Upon check-in realized the hotel had forgotten to update (as requested/confirmed via email) our room to a king bed so we had one night in twin beds. To apologize for their error, they threw in free breakfast, nice gesture and much appreciated. Moved us to a king room the next day. Rooms are nice (could use some floor padding, though), but the bathrooms are so small and inconveniently had glass (albeit it frosted) doors. Kind of annoying when you are up early or have to use the facilities overnight as you may wake your mate. All in all, though, the staff was very friendly and it was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot while in Prague.

Very fine experience at this hotel. The staff was super. The room was clean and comfortable. Only one warning... The rooms on the 3rd floor have a bedroom loft. If I was the parent of a 6 year-old I'd be worried about their ability to handle the stairs. If I had limited mobility or balance I wouldn't try those stairs at all. But that being said, a super hotel in a super location.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated for exploring Prague. Most places were accessible by foot, but hotel is close to metro station & tram stops. We enjoyed an 'Ultimate Tour' experience, led by an experienced guide, taking in all the main tourist sites, a short river cruise, lunch & a tram ride to the Castle. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a long weekend as a retired couple. The bar across the street was v noisy on Fri & Sat nights. Would certainly stay again, but might request a room on the quieter of the two side streets. Any shortcomings are more than compensated for by the plusses.

The hotel is close to the Charles Bridge in the Old Town. There are many good restaurants close by. The hotel is clean and comfortable but praise has to go to the staff - particularly Adam. It appeared as though nothing was too much trouble for him and I saw him go out of his way to help people, including me.

My husband and I loved this hotel and can't wait to stay there again! It was clean, the staff was helpful, and our room was large with a private terrace and view of the cathedral. It's directly in the city center with a variety of restaurants, bars, markets, museums, and historical sites in close proximity.

Avoid the attic rooms at the top of the hotel, rooms on the lower floors much nicer. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
All the sites are easily walkable from here and there are lots of very good restaurants nearby.

The heart of the city, Stare Mesto's historic buildings are splendidly preserved. The focal point is the cobbled main square, on which stand the Jan Hus Monument, the Old Town Hall and its astronomical clock, and the Gothic spires of Our Lady of Tyn. Linking the Old Town with Mala Strana is the Charles Bridge with its gallery of saintly statues.
