Great hotel! We will definitely stay here again.

I surprised my husband with a weekend fishing trip to Spring Creek and stayed here. It was so comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a short drive to Flyfisherman's Paradise and we loved the Nittany Valley Brewing Co. restaurant/bar across the street. We are already making plans for a return trip.

State College Deal

Had a great stay at this hotel. Would definitely book here again. We really enjoyed the full breakfast with lots of options -- waffles, scrambled eggs, diced ham, hash browns as well as usual breakfast fare. They even had 2-3 visible staff members refilling items. The room was nice and clean and had a very spacious bathroom.

Wedding weekend

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: great amenities, excellent breakfast
Location: very convenient, right off the highway
Great location, very clean, homey lobby, enjoyable pool and spa. The breakfast is the best I ever have other than those in the 5 star hotels. If your stomach can hold a lot, you can practically skip lunch. Couple staff constantly clean the restaurant and serving areas, and replenish any items quickly. My only discomfort is the pillow, which is a bit too hard for me. But then again, that is a personal preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel with two thumbs up.

Nice hotel

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness. Breakfast buffet.
Cons: I hated the pillows, but that's a personal preference.
Location: good location to Penn State. We were in town for a health and fitness expo at the Bryce Jordan Center and it is less than 5 minutes away.
We only stayed for one night but the hotel was very clean, breakfast was plentiful, and our room smelled really good upon entering.

Cute Hotel!

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Very clean and Cozy
Cons: (Hot Water) Took a while before the water got hot.
Nice & cozy Hotel! The only problem I had with the Country Inn & Suites is that there hot water took a while before it got hot. Other then that, the hotel was great. :)

Great in between destinations.

The room was neat. The WiFi was not very reliable. It kept going in and out on my phone.

Lovely hotel convenient to PSU campus

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: It was clean, quiet, and convenient to the PSU campus.
Cons: Access to wifi. Was able to connect with the wifi service but was not able to download emails or view/post on Facebook from mobile device.
Location: Within 10-minute drive to PSU campus and downtown State College, PA
We visited State College for a student tour program at PSU in August 2014. Booked the room through Expedia. The cost was affordable. The hotel was very clean, quiet and convenient to the PSU campus. The staff--although only one person at the reception desk and two people in the dining area during breakfast--were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we come to the area.
