“Great hotel all around!”

We have stayed at this hotel many times and really like it. The rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy and nice and the shower is the best! The breakfast that is included is excellent!

“Fantastic! Great price. Great location.”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My mom and I stayed there for one night while attending a university event. We took full advantage of the Damon’s next door. We were able to arrive at the campus in less than 5 minutes after leaving the hotel. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn’s before, and none have been as great as this one. The selection of warm drinks when you walk in was awesome after being out in the cold. The continental breakfast was fantastic and offered something for even the pickiest of people. The room and bathroom were very clean as well as the lobby. The only downside to this hotel is that it was fairly noisy. You could hear the rooms next to you and above you flush the toilet and use the shower, not to mention the normal noise that you typically experience in hotels when people are in the halls. If I ever need to stay in State College again, I will most definitely be staying here.

“Enjoyed the room”

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the treat of pretzels and Penn State blue & white non-parels.

“Nice accommodations”

The hotel is on your way into Penn State, so very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was part of the deal and they did a decent job. There was an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to take advantage of it. If I had to go to State College again, I'd stay there.

“Terrific Stay”

Couldn't have been better. We were nervous to secure a rollaway bed on a busy weekend, and I had multiple contacts with hotel staff prior to our arrival, which were reassuring. And there was the bed! Staff were pleasant and efficient, room was great, parking exceptional. Breakfast exceeded any expectation. And when our student went off on his own and my wife and I had an opportunity for an impromptu "vacation", the pool turned out to be better than we expected! Highly recommended.
