Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the staff taking care of the breakfast buffet did a great job. I didn't have any interaction with the maid service staff, but the room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Good parking, convenient location for walking.

Adequate
This location covers all of the basics: friendly and helpful staff, and a clean room. Being a Residence Inn, it did lack some things we were expecting like dish soap, kitchen towels, and a few other bathroom basics. The pots and pans were very old and we would not have use them for cooking. The gym was nice and clean, but the treadmill‘s are in really bad shape if you’re looking to work out. We didn’t use the pool area, but we also didn’t see anyone maintaining it and it didn’t look exceptionally clean. Overall, it was a fine stay but not exceptional.

Hotel is fine-good location but limited parking. I was here for 5 days and every day had to go to the front desk to ask for something-hand soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, kitchen towel. My bed was made every day but nothing was replenished.

A premium name hiding a lack luster hotel
First let me say positive: Staff was very polite, kind, helpful. Beautiful lobby and grounds. Then we had to switch rooms because room we were first in had dry pee under the toilet lid, black mold growing under the the toilet bowl rim, rust in tub, smudged lip stain on a clean glass, dog hair in clean bowls and clean utensils. The cleaner room that we switched to, while it was much cleaner and it had a comfy bed, here’s what was miserable: Bedding was thin for late October. Had to ask front desk for extra blankets. Small mold marks on bedroom curtains. Tub backed up with water as I showered to about an inch high and as a result some type of sandy brown dirt formed near the drain. My husband investigated and found tissue stuck in the drain but even after he removed the tissue the shower still flooded. Toilet got clogged and we had to ask for a plunger which fixed the clog. Dust on top of bed frame was like 1/4 inch thick which says no one has deep cleaned the place for months. Which explains the poor maintenance in the bathtub. Coffee at the lobby was lukewarm and tasted like watered down coffee. Three times I went there the creamer was low on cream. One last complaint, the closet and bedroom doors were hard to open. Had to yank them or push them to open/close. Pretty pricey to stay for the low quality experience. What really surprised me was the coffee. It’s easy and cheap to make good coffee. How’d they get that wrong?

Disappointed
Just disappointed that the room was not very clean. Bathroom and kitchen area looked like it had a quick wipe down and no cleaning products were used. An empty toilet paper roll was in the bathroom and no extra roll of toilet paper was left. No vacuum was ever used. Night tables and desk where never wiped down either. Thank goodness I bring my own sanitizer wipes with me. Really disappointed with this particular location. Not worth the money at all.

My stay here was terrible! I was supposed to stay for two days from august 27th-29th and I didn’t even get to stay in my own room let alone for the entire two days because the front desk charged me for my entire stay at check in when they aren’t supposed to charge until you check out! This literally ruined my whole stay I couldn’t even check in and I had to stay with my friend in her room cause of this issue and even had to leave early cause I didn’t have my room and the guy at the front desk kept insisting they didn’t charge me for my full stay at check in even said I wasn’t checked in and I had to have another credit card to authorize that amount when they shouldn’t have even charged me to check in to begin with! Absolute worst first experience ever and I will never book with them again!

Staff was excellent, didn’t like that you had to ask the staff for anything you needed for the room, given service was only ever 3 days. Staff was helpful when asked. Hall should have been cleaned more frequently. Complimentary Breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. Shower was slippery had to buy a mat to resolve this.
