“cheap stopover, no frills”

This is an OK budget motel, just a short distance from two interstates. The room was comfortable enough, but was looking quite worn. Breakfast was included and featured cereal and a waffle maker. The rate was pretty good, but bring quarters if you want to get ice!

“You get what you pay for.”

Your expectations should not be high when you book at one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest, motel in the area. If you are disappointed, it is your mistake. My one real complaint is that they don't deliver the breakfast they advertise, i.e. they say they have four cereals, they only have two, they list two grades of milk, they have one. With low rates, you expect less, but at least deliver what you advertise.

Traveler's tip
If you don't mind a low-budget hotel, this is a great way to save compared to the Mooresville area hotels - and only 20 minutes away.
