“Pretty good for the price”

Was only there for one night. Seemed a little difficult to find, but maybe our GPS took us in the back way. Surrounding area in the distance was beautiful but immedialy around the area was little run down. For the price it was a comfortable night's stay

“Not up to expectations”

When we got to our room we noticed that the beds were full not queen, we went to the desk to tell them and they informed me that all their beds were queen (obviously not true). the alarm was set and broken so we got to wake up to a terrible squeel at 3 am and then 5 am. the mini fridge thumped untill I had to go unplug it and the breakfast was no good. I would not stay again at this hotel.

“Clean, Clean, Clean!”

This hotel was VERY clean. The cookies were delicious! Thanks for a great night's sleep.

Area recommendations
We weren't far from Monticello. There were many good eateries in the area.

“Great inexpensive place to stay!”

Great motel. Close to I81, no road noise, rooms were a little small, but for staying one night and just to sleep, it didn't matter. Close to a small mall and eating places.

“Perfect for Overnight Business Travel”

I was pleasantly surprised having never stayed in a Microtel before. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was pleasant, and the room was neat and clean - all I needed for an overnight business trip. The fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a nice treat.

“will never stay there again”

When we came back to room on the second day we found all our things had been removed because we "hadn't" checked in for the second night. It was taken care of at sign in but Erick had taken everything out of our room and when we came in and told him they had discovered their mistake and were putting things back with no "I'm sorry" He acted like it was our fault. There are no coffee pots in the room either and when it was mentioned they said people steal them I wonder if they also steal sheets and pillows etc. Some people insisted and received coffee pots. They said come to the lobby and get coffee. This hotel does NOT have the customer's needs as their priority

We had stayed at Best Western last year and there is no comparison. I will def stay at Best Western next year. It is in Waynesboro but it's very close to things

“Microtel Inn: Nice clean hotel. Would stay there again.”

Very clean hotel. Betty at the front desk was wonderful. Even has fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby when we got there. Great place to stay. I'll stay there again if I'm in the area.

“Will try to find another hotel to try.”

We have stayed in this same motel a few times. this time the maintance of the rooms etc. was not quite up to the standards. The breakfast also was very scarce.
