Clean, modern, funky. Comfortable well sized rooms. Nice roof terrace to smoke/enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast had a great selection for all tastes. Hotel in a central location close to the old town but only a couple of minutes walk from the hub of the harbour and main part of town. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The hotel was located only a short walk from the bus terminal, and close to the city centre and the old town. First impression wasn't good because the hotel is near a busy road and had scaffolding everywhere, but inside it oozed class, comfort and efficiency. The room was more spacious than the Radisson in Bergen - just right for two people. Breakfast was a lovely experience - tasty and beautifully presented - someone with an eye for design had clearly put a lot of thought into it. They even had a note encouraging people to make a packed lunch! Everything worked, including the WiFi. Great shower. Friendly efficient staff. Great experience.

The Hotel is situated right in the centre of Sandnes town. Really close to harbour with a shopping mall adjoining it! The locals are really friendly and accomodating and the majority speak fluent english. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 3. The ground floor restaurant becomes a local's club/bar at night which gets pretty busy. However, we were completely undisturbed by this and could not hear a sound from our room. In the morning we had a huge choice for breakfast catering for every nationality. The staff were all polite and very helpful. Rooms are big, well furnished and cleaned daily. Would recommend to all age groups - families, couples and youngsters looking for a weekend away! We're definitely going back but will stay longer next time!!

The staff prepared an excellent early morning breakfast for our 4AM checkout. Good location across from a city park. Currnetly there is road construction in the surrounding area that made access a bit difficult. Once complete there should be no problems.

This place was great. It was exactly what I was looking for.
IMPORTANT: There is no shuttle. This place is fairly out of the way (about a 45 minute drive from the Stavanger Airport). You will need to rent a car if you're planning on staying here. Paying for a taxi to/from wherever you'd like to go would be pretty expensive. Also, rental car agencies from the airport close at 9pm, so keep that in mind for when you're booking your flight.
This trip was booked with being in the outdoors in mind. If you're going with the intent of staying in a city DO NOT book here.
The rooms were excellent. Behind the Receptionist/Restaurant building are the rooms. They are cabins that have been split into quadrants. Each quarter of the cabins are there own clean private rooms: bed, TV, table, bathroom, etc.
Aside from that, the restaurant served delicious food. Breakfast was a complimentary buffet, and lunch/dinner were freshly prepared entrees that will not leave you hungry.
The main purpose of the trip was to climb Preikestolen which was about an hour trip away counting the ferry.
I will definitely be staying here again.
