Nice stay
It was generally a very nice stay. The hotel was quiet when we visited. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good and they changed the food everyday! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also nice pool and hot tubs. The only thing was that the carpet could use some cleaning at places, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated.

Our suite was roomy and very well maintained. The guest laundry was clean. The only thing negative to say is the breakfast area was not maintained throughout our meal.

Decent place to stay
All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a suite with 3 king beds- room was huge! Layout was a bit awkward though- one big open room, huge walk- in closet that would've made a nice kitchenette space or extra bathroom. However, room was clean. Decor needed a bit of updating and our one bed wasn't very sturdy. Breakfast was sufficient. Great location- near the "main attractions" of our stay, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Also near a nice trail. Would stay again.

The room was tiny and under some stairs. Good grief I know you need as many rooms as possible but under the stairs? The bedspread smelled like B.O. This Hamptons needs a refresh.

The front desk guy was a jerk. We arrived early and asked if we could get into a room at the earliest possible time. He said no one was ahead of us in waiting for a room. We waited two hours in the lobby and still no room available. Housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms but he never asked if they could get a room ready for us (2 queen beds). He told me "we're understaffed. I'm not usually a dishwasher, but I'm washing dishes. Housekeeping will get a room ready for you when they can". We gave up waiting and 10 minutes after we left the hotel he called with an available room. We needed the room so we could refrigerate some items while we walked to town. They nearly spoiled in the hot car because we were half way to town when the room finally became available, and we didn't want to race back to the hotel to check in. Thanks Hampton Inn. You really went the extra mile--Not!

Room stunk like body order. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet had hairs and urin on it. Hair and water still on the bathroom floor. Was awakened at 5:50 am from footsteps in the lobby as my room was underneath the lobby. That is a terrible design and no rooms should ever be located under a lobby! I will never recommend this hotel or ever stay there again. Way over priced for the experience and quality of the hotel. Was really disappointed.

Great stay with teens!

The room was too small, not very clean and we found bugs. One was a very large ant crawling across the floor. No one wiped the tables at breakfast, our spot was sticky. The cranberry juice was mostly water. I would not recommend this place or stay here again

Our AC rattled and didn't work very well. The installed a new one that evening. (Impressive!) The room, however, wasn't cleaned very well. It's an old property showing some wear. Also, the lobby was so hot and muggy--I know it was a heatwave but checking in gave me a bad impression.

Check in is up a flight of stairs on 2nd floor or you can walk about 20 feet down a hall to an elevator then go up to check in/main floor. They put us on the 3rd floor that did not have an elevator so we had to walk up yet another set of stairs…the hallways and elevators and entrances were horribly nasty and weren’t vacuumed or swept and mopped the three days we were there….but our room was clean. Go figure?!

I stay almost exclusively at Hampton Inns when I travel and this establishment is by no means representative of the company’s reputation. This place is filthy, terrible service, awful furniture, nothing was vacuumed, nothing sanitized…and just to reiterate, terrible service. Furniture in the room is by no means in line with what Hampton Inn is known for. Find a different place to spend your money.

I could hardly believe I was at a Hilton property. The entire property was dirty and in need of some serious updates. This was our first vacation in 18 months and this Hampton really was a huge disappointment.

Relaxing and family fun in Streamboat Springs
Quiet, peaceful, nice view from our window to the wooded area outside, liked that Breakfast options were great, totally enjoy the hot water, coffee area that is set up for all day use. Convenient location, easy access to all outdoor use. Also, GREAT housekeeping and maintenace staff, quick service. Do what you can to keep them, these employees are hard to come by. Our only complaints are the plumbing is old and we had plumbing problems and as this is an older hotel with an older air conditioning unit, we were not able to regulate the room temperature. However, all our issues were resolved quickly, aprreciate the customer servce.

Disappointing Stay
This stay was quite disappointing in several respect. First, though, the evening manager tried to make it right by comping our room, which is much appreciated. The saga began when we arrived early from Estes Park, and requested early check-in, which is usually available. Our room was not ready, and the day manager Craig, didn't understand why we would be disappointed since "everyone wants an early check-in and a high floor.' His flip response was not appreciated. Our room was not ready by check-in time. We returned to the hotel about 5:30 and were allowed to check in. However, our room did not have a small fridge and micorwave as stated on our confirmation documents. Apparently, only the suites include these items. The room was OK, reasonably clean, but very dated. We do appreciate the comp but would advise others not to expect an early check-in unless they have an elite status with the hotel. Also, the lack of fridges and microwaves is quite out of step with most medium level accomodations.

Horrible stay
I’ve always stay at a Hampton Inn wherever I go but this was not up to Hampton Inn standards. I had booked two nights and we left after one night. I asked for the manager and I told her why we were leaving. The hallway carpet was smelly as well as the elevator. The chair in our room was stained, toilet was filthy, bathroom floor was sticky. The entire room was extremely small. When you went into the bathroom it was hard to shut the door the room was so small. They advertised a breakfast and they gave you a box with prepackaged items to microwave. Awful experience. The manager said she would try to get our money back for the second night. No refund yet.

Good service at at dated hotel.
We stayed for two nights and it was a nice stay. We had some issues with a flickering lights and remote to the TV not working but they were fixed quickly. The hotel could have been a bit cleaner like vacuuming wise. The hotel is definitely dated some of the wallpaper is bubbling and pealing.

Charlie and Tyler were phenomenal. We stayed for our honeymoon and had to book at the last minute. They were extremely accommodating. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options and 2 years ago there were fresh cookies each night. No cookies this trip. Overall would come back, but possibly after Covid, when breakfast and cookies return. Charlie and Tyler deserve a raise, 10/10 hosts.

The staff at check-in were teriffic. I was upgraded to a slightly larger roon than I booked, which wasn't really needed as we were only there one night and there were only 2 of us. The room was on the 3rd level which isn't really a floor, they just have the rooms up at the top of strange little private staircases that the housekeepers can't take their cleaning carts up. It was the dirtiest room ive ever stayed in. Thankfully the bed seemed cleaner than anything else and we were exhausted so we just slept and then left. Literally every other surface in the room was dirty, filthy carpet, filthy windows, curtains, bathroom, tables, everything! Feont desk agent was above and beyond, I'm sure they would've moved us had we asked but we were too tired. I should've asked for a refund.
