This place amazed me!Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: How clean and easily accessible everything is.
Cons: Continental breakfast
Location: Everything to do in steamboat is near by.
It is in a perfect location, has awesome staff and every amenity you can think of. Even mini golf. The rooms are the size of an apartment and come with everything you need!

Very large 2 bedroom. Very clean.Posted Sep 23, 2013
Location: Very centrally located. Close enough to all of the downtown activities but far enough away to not have to deal with all of the crowds/parking.
Very nice room. I can't comment about the amenities, we checked in late, got a great nights sleep and left early. Very comfortable inside and very clean.

Great hotel, great locationPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved the hotel, my only complaint is that the pool was located at a different sight that was a car journey away. Great service, lovely rooms.

Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: The Pillow weren't very comfortable
Location: Our favorite place to eat in Steamboat is The Ore House and it is in walking distance of the hotel

Close to town but rooms are in need of helpPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Convenient location and good service. The rooms however were in desperate need of repair and cleaning. The property is old and needs updating badly. Not a bad place but too much to pay for the condition of the rooms.

Great for a short stay.Posted Aug 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
My wife and I stayed for a couple of days. This was perfect for us. The room was big and the kitchen had what we needed for our own meal prep. This place would be great during ski season for those hoping to keep within a budget.

Great locationPosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here the weekend of July 20-22, 2013. The unit we stayed in was two-bedrooms, two bath, very comfortable. The kitchen was somewhat sparse. For instance, only had one frying pan, very few cooking utensils and no baking pans. Upon check-in we were advised of the resort's policy of requiring a $100 damage deposit. Since the unit had multiple stains on both the carpet and floor in one of the bathrooms, as well as damage to a cushion and lamp, it was unsettling to think we might be charged for these items. Since I was not given any sort of checklist upon check-in, I insisted that the manager note the existing problems when we checked-out. Otherwise, the location was great, near a bus stop, Safeway, and restaurants. Staff was great to deal with. Don't know that we would stay here in the future due to the damage deposit requirement. (This was a first for me, and I have stayed all over the world.)

Roomy and comfortable.Posted Jul 21, 2013
Cons: Continental breakfast could be included.
I stayed at the suites in Steamboat which is an older facility which has been updated and is pretty roomy. It looks like it was originally a one bedroom apartment so all the rooms are nice sized and would be a very good place to stay during the ski season. It is close to the mountain and has a good kitchen to cook in, to save money. The other facility is not as roomy, but has fabulous views. Both vacation clubs are close to each other and to downtown. If you have bad knees, avoid the third floor.
