Unfriendly staff at front deskPosted Feb 24, 2014
Fireplace broke - maintenance man couldn't fix it that evening. I called front desk to notify them the next morning and it was repaired that evening.

Great budget hotel right near Steamboat SlopesPosted Feb 14, 2014
Pros: Staff eager to help with any needs. Very near the action of Steamboat Slopes.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Great location. Short walk out to path down to gondola.
Everything went smoothly with some unexpected ammenities.

Close to lifts but not worth the extra price.Posted Jan 13, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, nice club house area, close to lifts, clean rooms.
Cons: The rooms could be updated a little. Removing some of the bulkier furniture and unnecessary decorator items will create the impression of more space.
We chose the Ski Inn Condos due to their proximity to the gondola and the fact that we could ski in and out which was a little work but fine. We rented a one bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo was a little dated and dark but clean when we arrived. The size was a bit small but manageable. The bathroom door was damaged and needs to be replaced. The bathroom it's self was tiny. Not much room to have your stuff while getting ready. While we were there our toilet clogged and despite our best efforts, we had to call maintenance to come unclog it. The maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes of our call and quickly solved our problem. My biggest issues with the Ski Inn were all of the sets of stairs you have lug all of your gear up and down, the very small hot tubs (3), the shuttle service that was running behind the day of our stay and despite during our thermostats way down the excessive heat in the bedroom.

no ac in summerPosted Aug 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
When we got there the fireplace was running and the windows were shut & there was no air conditioning. It was in the middle of July. I called and asked manager to call me back. I never received a call back. The bathtubs had hair in them. The housekeeping does not come unless you stay longer than 2 days. Way overpriced!!!!

Ski getaway @ SteamboatPosted Apr 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a very nice place to stay - it's close to the slopes and has shuttle services that take you were you need to go. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back someday.

Thin WallsPosted Feb 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The condo was nice and in good condition, but the walls are paper thin. The first night we could hear a baby crying all night long. The second night the unit above us decided to rearrange the furniture, dragging things around the room after 9pm & 7am for about 15 minutes both times. Both nights you could hear ever one going up and down the stairs and we couldn't get the fireplace to work... For less money it would have been worth it.

Great ski-in-ski-out location, clean and comfyPosted Mar 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
Loved this place. Clean and modern. Ski lockers, clean well equipped, tasteful condo with a bottle of wine in room at check in. Nice well maintained common areas. I'll stay here again.
