Spring Time Square CondosPosted Feb 15, 2012
Location: Room 401 is a one bedroom condo that faces the lifts. It is directly accross the street and easy to walk to lifts. The sauna and hot tub are great.
The fold out bed was miserable but adding 2 layers of blankets under the fitted sheet helped. Everything else with the residence was amazing. We had to check in at the Mountain Resorts office which led us to believe this was a Mountain Resorts property and would allow us to use the shuttle provided by this company. We were even told by one of the bus drivers that if we called the number on his business card they would shuttle us around town free. I called the number and the operator stated that we weren't qualified for the service. Very poor customer service and the operator was very rude.

Ups and Downs with Ski Time SquarePosted Feb 2, 2012
Location was convenient and layout of the unit is great for families to spread out! The living area in Unit 315 was tired and the carpet was torn. The TV was too small and the unit smelled like my grandmothers house. Not recommended for anyone not physically fit; it was a challenge of steps, twists and turns to get to the rooms especially with ski equipment and luggage.

Steamboat Ski CondoPosted Jan 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
Room is a little dated on decorations but comfortable and well stocked. Great price. Close enough to the ski runs to not bother with the shuttle.

Information inadequate.Posted Aug 4, 2011
Not told I had to check in at an entirely different building. Directions to the condo were poor. Parking garage location poorly described. Not told what room I was in at front desk. Not told how to open door and had to call security late one night to get in. Hauling luggage up through the garage stairs wasn't what I liked, nor not enough lighted sidewalks from garage to condo. The rooms were great, luxurious. For a family on a ski vacation, it might have been great. For an overnight guest, too much to go through.

Ski Time Square Condos-Not Worth The ChargePosted Nov 4, 2010 on Hotels.com
These condos are a bigger hassle than I had expected and ripe with charges that I had not been made aware of at the time of reservation.

Great location!Posted Mar 24, 2010
The condos are in a great location. It is just a short walk to the run making it easy to come and go as you please. It is also a short walk to the bus stop at Ski Time Square allowing you easy and convienient transportation to town, the grocery store, or basically anywhere else you need to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even delivered one of my bags that I had forgotten back at check-in. That saved me a trip on the bus and back. The condos are a little bit dated. They have not been redone in probably fifteen to twenty years. They are not in poor shape though, and for the price you really cannot complain about that. Unless you enjoy complaining about everything. The condos were in the perfect location, in good shape, and fairly priced.

Nice Slopeside accomodationsPosted Feb 17, 2010
The unit we rented was very nice, recently remodeled, clean, warm and comfortable. Access to skiing was convenient, good restaurants and bars nearby.

good bargain, needs work, watch out for hidden chargesPosted Aug 5, 2009
Booked online with Expedia..checked in and was charged a $20 "cleaning charge" in addition...watch the fine print. The property is old, I stayed there in the 70's, and this condo needed work. The horizontal blinds were shot, the windows opened most of the way, the door frame was coming apart...could use some maintenance. The parking here is a bit of a pain, but that's a ski area for you. Get ready to do some luggage hauling. Overall, the unit was well appointed and comfortable. The two fans helped with the warm loft we slept in (no a/c). A good bargain, but don't expect the Ritz.

Great location- extra charges, needs repairsPosted Jul 20, 2009 on Hotels.com
Absolutely can't beat the location, but the specific condo we stayed in had some problems- cable didn't work, microwave was broken, beds were very uncomfortable, outdated. Possibly other condos in the complex are nicer- still worth it to stay right at the bottom of the slopes. Biggest problem: booked on Hotels.com to avoid all the extra fees that they charge when you book directly with the hotel; they still charged us an additional cleaning fee (not for anything we did- just a standard cleaning fee for all check-ins). Beware and challenge this when you check in.
