Great spot for one night

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: IT was quiet.
Cons: not really, maybe brighter breakfast area.
Location: We only stayed one night as we were traveling to the Rockies, had dinner at Mambo Italiano, excellent.
Room was clean and bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled. Swimming pool was excellent after a long day driving. Breakfast was good, not outstanding but fine.

We had an excellent night stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and so was the beds. It was a very quiet night stay and the hotel location was perfect to the mountain. The free shuttle was prompt and made the whole experience relaxing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks and we will be back!

Cozy Hotel in Steamboat Springs, CO

Posted Mar 27, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and newly remodeled bathrooms, helpful and friendly staff, on-call shuttle service to the ski resort and town
Cons: We needed to keep the sliding patio door in our room slightly ajar to cool down to our liking at night. A separate window or vent would be preferable.
Location: Steamboat Springs ski resort is an excellent ski destination, hiking, biking and fishing nearby in the summer. Good restaurants in town, and shopping
Stayed for four nights over the spring break season in March, 2014. We had an excellent stay, very relaxing, the hotel is freshly remodeled and the staff works hard to help you enjoy your visit. Beds and pillows were comfortable, very quiet and restful atmosphere. The hotel has a shuttle that takes guests to the Steamboat Springs ski resort during the day, and to any destination at the base village or town of Steamboat in the evening, so there is no need to drive anywhere once you arrive at the hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi are great for apres ski relaxing. The staff is very friendly and will provide helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel 4 blocks from the ski lift

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Shuttle bus and close to ski hill
Cons: Replace fan in the bathroom, new hair drier in the room.
Location: Skiing, snow shoeing, dinner good steak place and Beaujeux pizza.
This was a nice hotel with a very friendly staff and a descent breakfast was included. The shuttle bus was great with designated times to drop at the ski lift and a very quick pick up when we called at the end of the day, they were also willing to shuttle us anywhere around town. We were not aware of the DVD selection for watching movies in the room this would have been good to know. The biggest drawback was the bathroom fan which was very loud and a very old hair drier which tended to shut off from over heating.

Great inn and location

Posted Mar 18, 2014
After searching many lodging options for a ski weekend chose this location to be close to the slopes. From the moment of check in the Inn was a great experience, staff are so friendly and helpful and always ready to ensure you were satisfied. Very comfy beds and down comforters. Shuttle service not only to the slopes but also downtown and breakfast each morning contributed to the great value. Added benefit was the valley view room- wonderful! Highly recommend - I know we will return.

A real gem.

This hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helped with all minor requests. The only downside was the television only received 10 channels.

A very nice hotel. It was a little further from the slopes than we expected, but they have a shuttle and will drive you almost anywhere on request. There is also an excellent city bus service for free that stops nearby. And there is a walking path that is about 1/2 mile long right to the base of the gondola. A lovely walk without ski boots. Breakfast is the same every day. Fine for a short stay, but as we were there a week it would have been nice to see something different. Room was very nice, we had two queens on the 3rd floor. I would recommend the third floor as it has balconies. it was very clean and housekeeping staff was very good. We would stay here again.
