“Great hotel”

The staff was excellent, the price was right, and we enjoyed our stay!

This place was well maintained, and the room was very clean! Didnt have much of a chance to deal with the staff. overall, enjoyed my stay there!

it was great. We have stayed there before and the staff is always friendly and continental breakfast is great.

I could not give a higher rating for service because I asked for a ground floor room and was denied. After returning later in the evening I saw many ground floor rooms empty.

We thought that the motel was OK, but nothing to rave about. This was our first stay in an America's Best Value and will add this chain to our acceptable list.

There was a lot of loud conversation outside my room in the middle of the night, not helpful to get a good night's rest.

The room was used as a stay to visit my son. They are very small rooms but are good if you are just trying to sleep. The walls are extremely thin and there was crackling noises that kept me up 2 nights in a row. When the front desk agent was called (which the phone rang for almost 5 mins before they picked up) nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel for more then an overnight stay.

I felt the hotel was very nice, I stay in many hotels and this rate #1 with the others I stay in , in all the states I visit. Very convenient locatiion to stores and restaurants and to the university we were visiting. Thank you!!!!
