“Interesting place.”

We sometimes stay at this motel while visiting relatives. It's getting older and could use a general sprucing up. We really like the indoor pool. They had refilled the hot tub early in the morning when we would have liked to use it. But a little splash in the pool was nice before we got back on the road.

“Out of the way in Sterling, CO.”

This hotel is off the betten path by a bit but once hotel staff chcked the room, we did not have to pay the pet fee for our 2 dogs. This is the only hotel that we stayed at during this cross-country move with such a great policy! Next time we travel with the dogs, Ramada will be our place of choice.

“Good value for the area”

This was a stop on our way to another city. The room was comfortable and the restaurant onsite had a good selection of food. We would stay here again.

“Going downhill”

only stayed here because other local hotels were a lot more expensive. Last trip they ran out of hot water and ended up starting the day with a cold shower. When I called to tell them no hot water, the response at the front desk was; "some one else called about that, guess I need to call someone" Overall the hotel is starting to show signs of age. Still pretty clean but looking run down

“Not impressed”

The hotel staff were very rude, and we found a used profolactic in our room. When I go back to Steling, I will not stay there.

“Going downhill fast”

The morning of my stay there was no hot water. I called the front desk and the lady who answered said; "Some one else called to say they had no hot water. I better check it out and see what's going on." Apparetnly it takes more than one call to get anyone motiviated to solve the probelm. I showered and shaved in cold water. Probery is going downhill, needs plenty of TLC. Probably will not go back

“Nitrate anyone?”

Unless you enjoy drinking large amounts of nitrate, I would recommend skipping the town of Sterling altogether. They do have a country kitchen attached, with bar, which was nice. Just remember to tell them to hold the nitrate. ;)

“can't wait to go home”

The front desk rarely answered calls, the swimming pool did not look anything like the photo, exercise room is very skimpy, sauna was out of order. Also, carpets throughout the hotel were stained and old. This hotel definitely needs to be updated.

“Not impressed”

Most things about the hotel were acceptable, but at 6:30 AM a loud clanking from the air conditioning began, startling and awakening us. It did not quit. A maintenance person came but could not fix it. Only option was to turn off the air conditioner. Too bad ... guess it's just too old.
