We had no hot water in the shower for our entire stay (two nights). (Mind you - outside temp was around 25 degrees and windy.) Management had ample opportunity to either repair it or change our rooms while we were out all day. Upon return in the evening, maintenance had heard nothing about the situation and was unable to repair without intrusion into the wall. Rooms were sold out by that time of the evening, but we may have been able to switch rooms if action had been taken sooner. Asa (manager) never returned my calls. Email to customer service resulted in no compensation of any sort. (Rooms cannot be compensated monetarily b/c of third party booking, but points for a two-night stay could have been added to Marriott Bonvoy account.) Other than that, room was clean and beds were comfortable.

For our group we reserved 2 rooms and both had challenges getting the doors open throughout our stay. The rooms were clean but older so had some stains and a crack in the sink. The heater was noisy and woke us up every time it kicked on. The breakfast was OK - similar to other "breakfast included" options. We arrived an hour before breakfast closed and they were out of a lot of items already. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location convenient to OSU.

The friendly staff! They didn't act like we were a pain for them to clean up after breakfast. Cook also came out to dining area to make sure there was plenty of fresh, home food available!

Dirty!!!!
The first room we were put in had not been cleaned at all. The beds werent even made. The second room had womens dirty underwear and bras in the so called clean room. Horrible hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean, and the staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy and hassle free. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. However, there was an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke on the first floor (like a literal cloud in the hall). Later when we came back after dinner, the cigarette smell had been replaced with a strong pot smell that was impossible to ignore. Our room was on a higher floor, so we were immune to the clouds of smoke, but there was an overall musty, stale smoke smell that was throughout.

We stayed here on game day so they charge you over $400/ night. For $400 you would think the TV would work, but it didn’t. The maintenance man was really nice and tried very hard to fix it, but it’s totally outdated so it wasn’t his fault. The whole place needs updating. Definitely not worth the price we had to pay.

Our check-in was amazing. He had amazing customer service and was very hospitable. Our room could use come updates. We had a crack in the sink and on the toilet. We had a bug in the bathroom, but it's that time of year.

The staff, the front desk, housekeepers, and dining crew were all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we got a little concerned about the cleanliness of the room when we located a vial/bottle used to hold either coke or meth and there was residue left in the bottle. Thankfully it was an adult that found it not a child. I think where it was found might not have been obvious to the housekeepers but still was concerning.

Quick Business Trip
It was a comfortable place to stay. My room was nice, the breakfast was good, and the location was close to many options for dinner. All of the staff were extremely friendly.

Don't go for the indoor pool
This is a typical no frills hotel. We chose if because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub they advertise. We even called before booking to make sure it was open and we were told it was open. When we arrived the indoor pool is in fact open however, the hot tub is not and the pool is not heated or warmed at all. The water was so cold we could not get in. Even the kids that where there would not stay in. It was quite disappointing. The staff was nice and it is clean enough, not 5 star but its an inexpensive hotel so its about what is expected.

Our room was extremely clean, everything worked, even had shampoo conditioner and body wash installed in the shower. Pillows and bed were very comfortable.

We were just there for one night. The pool was freezing. The hot tub was broken. My 4 year old was so disappointed because all he wanted to do was swim and it was so cold that he wouldn’t swim. And our water didn’t get super hot in the shower.

Hot water did not work in our room. Cold showers. Water trickled in the bathtub faucet the entire stay and would not shut off. Not sure if that contributed to the lack of hot water. Elevator smelled like pot and had a dried loogie spit on the door the entire stay and was not cleaned off.

Excellent & quick service at check-in; Cozy lobby area; Very clean room and bathroom. The king suite was perfect for a relaxing evening before conferences the next morning. My first time at a Fairfield Inn & Suites and I’ll definitely consider them on my next stay.

Our first room had what appeared to be a long-term leak above our tub. That turned into a leak dripping on our stuff on the bathroom counter. We moved rooms. The next room had a smaller tv and you couldn’t change the controls on the heat/ac.

The property was just average at best until, in the middle of the night, the guest or guests arrived in the room above and for hours it sounded like they were driving cattle from one side of the room to the other. I understand because walking on our floor sounded the same. I’m sure that people below us felt the same. There was holes in the wall from an unfinished renovation of that bathroom. For what they charge for a night it’s not worth it unless it was below $50 a night. Then it would have been as expected.
