“Icky in Stilly”

Realize they are under construction/remodel, but come on....run the vaccum and dust the rooms. Carpet wasn't even attached to the floor and big pieces covering other pieces and the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a motel. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor...YUCK!! Was the only hotel available for a game weekend, but would never stay there again.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel is undergoing remodeling and might be worthwhile sometime in the future, but for now I would recommend avoiding it. Understandably it was a little dusty and dirty in the halls and elevator, but I was surprised at how filthy the room was. You could see that they had put a new window in the room we were in, but they had not cleaned up the construction dust. The carpet was in bad shape. There were areas that you could see they hadn't bothered to run the sweeper. The TV didn't work properly. Overall, I was highly disappointed and regret paying what I did for this room.

“bad experience for sure”

they gave me the wrong room to start with i had reserved a king bed room the room they put me in had two full beds and no shower head they moved me to a king -- spiders and bugs were there to greet me musty smell carpet didn't cover the whole floor let's just say i wont stay there again

“Normal Hotel”

The hotel was good. The only thing is that the Hotel website says that it is a restaurant inside and a bar and there is not! The people from the hotel justified that the site was not up to dated! But there are lot's of good restaurants and fast foods around in the neighborhood!

“Room adequate for our needs”

Room small but the bed was very comfy. Disapointed that wi-fi didn't work in our room & was told "this building is too old for much technology".

“Dirty and poorly maintained”

Hotel was dirty and very poorly maintained. There were things on the floor of my room that should have been picked up by the vacuum cleaner, and when I went to take a shower, I realized that the soap and shampoo from the previous guest were still in the shower! I wasn't sure that my room had been cleaned at all. "Breakfast" consisted of unappetizing sweet rolls and cold cereal, and they were out of spoons and milk.

“Will stay here again.”

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was very clean and lobby areas attractive. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was coffee, juice, sweet rolls, bagels, muffins, cold cereal, and fruit. I would stay here again.

Getting around

It is very easy to get around in Stillwater, OK. and this hotel was close to a large number of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to OSU campus, downtown area, etc.

“Unfriendly Stillwater”

The room was unclean. We stayed two nights and due to a graduation, we asked to check-out an hour late but were denied! When we got to hour room the second night, it was unmade with no new towels or linen. This was not corrected except we had to go get our own linen. When we asked to speak to the manger, we were asked why. When we told the lady why, she said we would not be allowed to see the manager.
