Nice, thanks
Easy check in, dinner was available at an early time (whick was nice as i hadnt eaten all day). Large room, comfy bed. Room was cold when i went in, window open, but soon closed & a call to reception got the heat going. Breakfast was nice with good selection. Bit of a bargain for the price i think. Dinner menu was a little limited, but as its Dec. can understand they were limiting selections.

A disappointing experience. Staff shortages, apparently. But the room wasn't that clean and we had to ask for loo rolls. We won't be returning here.

Stay here for one night my room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint I would have is there was a strong smell and the room was quite cold. Everything else is fine. Food was fantastic service was brilliant I would stay here again

Loved the stay in Richmond Park Hotel.
Loved the stay in Richmond Park Hotel. The staff was super helpful. The restaurant cooper kiln has some amazing food options. A must try would be the kebab dish. Really appreciate the hospitality of Ashley & Chloe to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Horrendous stay
Beds too small for an adult. Had a twin room. Terrible nights sleep each night. Bathroom soaps not reolaced. Water not replaced. Breakfast poor and service shocking. Took over half an hour each morning for breakfast to arrive (plus another 10 mins to be served!!). Shocking and wont be back!

Dead Bed and Infested with Fruit Flies
The bed was awful, it had obviously had some heavy duty people bouncing about on it and in the process had made the mattress very unconformable. Maybe the rooms inside the hotel are better furnished but the little cottage style ones are very dated. The window lock was hanging off, so I didn't risk leaving anything in the room, the maid obviously entered the room during my stay as the rubbish bin was emptied but the bed was not made for me - which is a first ! The hotel restaurant food was lovely, very good quality and presentation, however the area was infested with fruit flies - I had them landing in food and drinks and couldn't wait to get out of there. (boiling water and bleach down the plug holes get rid of the issue - try it... rather than saying the same happened a whilst back and its the weather)

The breakfast is excellent. There's a petrol station and Tesco supermarket nearby. As with 8 years ago, they didn't repair things in the room when I reported them. 8 years ago a blind was broken, this time the toilet seat was very loose and no plug for the wash basin. The mattress was extremely soft but very comfortable.

Another good visit
Very pleased with our stay, room was comfortable and quite. Staff very helpful and friendly, brunch at the hotel is also enjoyable and enough to keep you going. The hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was ok. Except from our bed mattress how was horrible (I ask to change the room was impossible,hotel was all booked) they add me a duvet on top. After 6 night my partner complaints about back pain. Another thing is, noise made by Oder occupies when they closing the door, absolutely they make me jump from bed how was all the time slammed the door. Restaurant is absolutely amazing and food affordable and delicious.all staff member very friendly.

Mostly good but couple of issues
Room nice. Bit of water damage on ceiling at bay window. Tap fixings for bath loose also. Little remedial things. Wasn’t able to park in car park as was closed, wasn’t made aware was closed beforehand. Restaurant was brilliant. Had dinner & breakfast here. When checking out, was informed that was extra charge for breakfast, despite having booked and paid to include breakfast. More communication needed between restaurant/reception/hotels.com Overall good. If these issues were resolved would stay here again.

Pros: clean, easy access to dining, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff (except the manager) Cons: The bed was the worst ever with springs sticking out, very small rooms so no room for luggage, shower head was broken, dirty sticky cutlery in the room, no air conditioning.
