Lovely, efficient, QUIET hotel.Posted Dec 3, 2013
I had a tiny but comfortable, charmingly decorated room--bathroom was right across the hall, and as far as I know no one else used it during my stay, even though the property was fully booked. The place was unbelievably quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. The location is central--a few minutes' walk from tunnelbana T-Centralen and the central train station. I can't recommend it more highly.

Quaint, but may not be for everyonePosted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: The helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: Might want to add room phones.
Location: About four or five blocks from the rail station with a new restaurant only about a block and a half away. Food there was very, very good.
Rooms 10 and 11 are right on the street and room 11 has a noisy grate outside. Breakfast is on the second floor in back of the hotel, so it may require some walking depending where your room is. Our room didn't have a phone, but the staff is incredibly helpful, even going so far as to loan a personal phone.

Loved this hotel, wish we could have stayed longerPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I highly recommend this hotel - it was perfect for our two-night trip to Stockholm! Our room was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed. The shared restrooms on our floor were very clean and convenient - we had no issues sharing them with the other guests on our floor. The restrooms were private (shower, sink, toilet) so it was very easy to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh bread, yogurt, cereal, deli meats, juice and coffee - we had more than enough food! The staff was very helpful and friendly - their recommendations on what to see in town were very much appreciated. We forgot a US-Euro outlet adapter, but the front desk had a box full of them that they loaned us. Location of the hotel was perfect - walking distance to everything! I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends/family traveling to Stockholm, and look forward to staying there again!

Will let friends knowPosted Aug 31, 2013
Cons: Only thing to remind is, to put some "watch your step" notice at most of the gates, because elevator room is lower about 3" than floors
Newly renovated, very clean! Staff are very nice too .

Charming B&B feel for a great valuePosted Aug 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed in a double room with the shared bathroom for 5 nights. The bathrooms were always clean and available with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was fantastic-- yogurt bar, meat, cheese, fresh bread, etc.--and served in a cute nook on an upper floor. The hotel office closes early, so make sure you get codes in advance to get in your room if you're checking in late (email them). The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. It has charm and character-- feels like a small b&b. It is walkable to many main areas and very close to central station where the Arlanda trains and buses arrive. A great value in one of the most expensive cities in the world. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Have stayed here 3 times (for both business and leisure) and had the same great experience each time: excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, and fantastic breakfast. Shared bathrooms were always available, very private, and generally very clean. Wifi was reliable in all rooms, and hotel had good security. Front desk staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. Would stay here a 4th time!

scaffolding galorePosted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: the breakfasts
Cons: the common bathrooms, esp the one near the dining area
Location: excellent location within 10 minutes of central station. Good restaurant area
The hotel The breakfasts were fabulous, the room was clean, the bathroom down the hall was okay, not excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the whole building was covered in scaffolding and the workmen started at 7 but they were very good about keeping the noise level to a minimum.

Just ok.Posted Jun 13, 2013
Average, renovations are being conducted external, rooms quite small. Back packer accom, plus. Shared bathroom like a hospital, small. Reception closed at 6pm, no information provided at the entry door. Only upon entry could you find a contact on a word doc attached to wall.
