Nice hotel BUT.....Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The reception staff and buffet breakfast. Free shuttle!
Cons: They should have what Holiday Inns's etc offer. Which is a little snack area where they have premade sandwiches and drinks.
Location: Location looks a bit dodgey and there is nothing to do around the area. No places to go and have a bit or even a gas station to get some snacks.
This is a decent hotel for a one night stay. They have a free shuttle to/from Arlanda. The driver never offered to help with my bags even though I he saw I needed help. Room itself could use an update with decor and the bed although comfy could of been better. It was 2 beds pushed together and when I rolled over...I kept falling inbetween them. Bathroom seems to have been redone recently as it was new and modern. Staff when I checked in and out were great and had a nice sense of humor too. Breakfast was good..plenty to choose from. Everything from Bacon and eggs to cold meats and cheese. Plenty of breads to pick from. They also have lactose free items as well.

Exceptional StaffPosted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The staff ... and dinner was fantastic
Cons: A little warm in the room but they gave me a fan. Being an American I am used to air conditioning so this was small issue but they gave me a nice fan
Location: Shuttle to airport and train to Stockholm or nearby train station that you can walk to which makes easy access to all sights and places
The staff at this hotel were fantastic. My flight got in super early and I was allowed to check in to my room. Since I only had one night I wanted to go to Stockholm and did not want to drag my baggage with me. The next day my flight was delayed for 6 hours and the staff were awesome about letting me stay so I did not have to be at the airport all day long. When I come back to Sweden for a proper visit I will stay at this hotel. AWESOME STAFF ..

Most basic of basic hotels.Posted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
First of all, watch the taxis from Arlanda, they rip you off. Use Taxi Kurir, they are generally safe. There is also a bus, which was not obvious when I reserved the hotel. The hotel itself is very, very basic. Small bed, minor amenities. Fairly close to Arlanda. Lady at the front desk was wonderful but that was about it.

Outdated, but workedPosted Jun 21, 2014
The shuttle was very easy, and the staff was very nice, but the hotel is very old and definitely in need of an update. The room was clean, but a little musty. The bathroom was also clean, but no toiletries were given. The breakfast was very good though and made me happy with my stay.

Old stile with bad taste. The "breakfast included" was a minimum choice. Please replace tvs, those in the room are now not even founded in the yard sales. The very good was the shuttle back and forward from and to the airport .

OK for a nightPosted Dec 4, 2013
Pros: Within shuttle bus range to the Arlanda airport. Low price.
Cons: More frequent shuttle bus trips
Location: Nothing nearby
It is a hotel, it has beds, there is an airport shuttle. Otherwise pretty drab.

Large clean unattractive rooms; affordable rate.Posted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is close to the airport and reasonably inexpensive. The room was clean and large and the staff was friendly. The breakfast, which was provided at no additional cost was very nice. The room was unattractive, with a window that faced a commercial automotive business. The bed was considered to be for two people; it was in actuality two twin beds sitting side by side without being attached to each other. For a family, the size of the room might be a bonus. I found the hotel room depressing.

Important to know if you don't have a carPosted Oct 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very adequate and nicely kept. Proximity to the airport is deceiving though. Unless you drive to the hotel you need to know how to get to the hotel if you come by train. You must either take a taxi or take the train and get off at the Marsta station and take bus #583 to the airport. Get off the bus and go to station 18 at the front of the airport and catch shuttle 18 to take you to the hotel. This is the only reasonably priced way to get to the hotel. Do not take the train to Arlanda Central and get off at the airport. The airport is privately owned and if you get off at this station you have to pay 75 kroner each to enter the airport! The hotel is not easily accessible any way by bus or train unless you get off at Marsa and take bus 583 to the airport and catch shuttle 18 to the hotel. If you walk from the train station it will take about 25 minutes and you need to be sure you know exactly where to go, it's very easy to get lost if you walk. You need exact directions or you will be wandering about in an industrial area.
