Lovely staff, great free breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner. They even prepared us a take away breakfast on our last day as we had to leave 4 am to go to the airport. Superstar!

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to a metro station in a safe location with several dining options and shopping nearby. Our room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The included breakfast and dinner were fabulous! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us (early check in and baggage storage after check out) and make our stay pleasant.

Exceptional staff
I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were nicer and more accommodating than any I’ve ever seen. Breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic. The lounge was homey with a great street view. Location safe and center of everything. Rooms were not updated but comfortable. Loved it and will 100% return.

Super friendly staff and an exceptional hotel. The included hotel dinner was exceptional (every night). I cannot say enough about the hotel and their staff. We will definitely use them again. Also, the subway was a three minute walk from the hotel.

Quiet Neighborhood Charm
Great location and great customer service. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The food during the visit was great and the dining area was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Okay hotel with very friendly staff both at the reception and restaurant. The downside was the housekeeping which was offered only every 7th day, so if you are staying for more than 7 days be prepared to find your room covered by dust after a few days. The hotel claims that they are doing it because of their "green initiative" but in my room the water was dripping from the shower all the time, which was more environmentally unfriendly than cleaning the room more often.

Quality hotel - says it all!
Excellent value in an expensive city, especially considering that the evening meal is included in the price. A little outside the main city hub but easy enough to reach on public transport. Room was adequate and functional, comfortable and good sized bed.

The room was very comfortable with a nice sitting area. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast and the light dinner were ample and tasty. It was more like a full buffet dinner and came with the room. The exercise facility was nice and the two saunas looked and smelled great but I didn’t have time to use them. The Stadion tunnelbana is a short walk. Or one can just walk down to City and discover hidden gems of beautiful Stockholm. I do suggest the hotel put facial tissues in the room.

Didn’t get a very nice room. Black marks all over the door and wall. Like someone had black shoes on and kicked the wall. The soap was almost finished and the bed felt springy. But sometimes u just get unlucky.

Before arriving at the hotel I had a number of questions which I required answering before my arrival, the communication and response was quick and accurate; with the staff addressing all my concerns. There was 11 members of my family travelling together, we stayed in multiple rooms and arrived on different days, the hotel staff made sure our stay was comfortable, and all our specific needs were addressed prior to arrival. Additionally it was great to have breakfast, afternoon sweets and dinner given at no extra cost as part of the booking. The food was typically Swedish, brilliantly presented and always fresh. When visiting Stockholm I would certainly use Clarion Collection Hotel Tapo again.

I was really pleased with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and rightly proportioned -- neither too big nor too small. It was extremely quiet. Service was great and the included dinner a really nice touch when one arrives after a transantlantic flight and doesn't want to go explore the city that first night. The dining room was large and could accommodate even the large late Sat morning crowd. The hotel is positioned just outside the center, but close enough if you want to go sightseeing that you can still walk, or otherwise there's the Stadion T (subway) stop 5' walk away. It was perfectly positioned for my conference at KTH as well, a 15' walk away. I really cannot think of anything negative about my stay. Thank you!

A lovely place to stay in the city.
The staff at the Tapto is great! My only complaint is that the dining experience is disrupted each time kitchen staff enter and exit the kitchen, as the foot button is kicked each time and makes an awful noise. The breakfast chef is wonderful! I saw her give two guests vegan smoothies after they were told by wait staff that smoothies weren't available that day.

Great location, average food — nice that they offer breakfast and lunch included, but it’s pretty much cafeteria quality, not matching price you’re paying — more than $400 Cdn per night for us. Typical Swedish minimalist approach to staff means you can check in and stay without ever talking to a staff member. Had trouble getting bath robes when cleaning staff forgot to leave them in the room. Minor thing, sure, but not what you expect in a better hotel. This is a good functional hotel, nothing more.

Extra comfy beds!
The bed was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious room. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Late food menu limited but very good soup with loads of trimmings and comfy lounge.
