A bit dated but all you needPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Good price, good location, good base.
Cons: Modernise the rooms, a bit of updating.
Location: The location was great, not too far from the main city terminal. Walking distance to the waterfront, old town and shops. Such a pretty city.
Hotel in a great location for exploring the city. It is a little dated, but all you need for a long weekend. Not a huge choice at breakfast, but again all that you need to start the day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable a little small but still good. Hotel is within 20min walk of most sights. Breakfast was great a very good selection

Excellent all round hotel for StockholmPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was excellent and full of character inside and out. Room was fine in size and tidy. No problems with service - They even checked us in early at no extra cost. Wifi and continental breakfast was included. Good bathroom. If being picky - it lacked air conditioning, however we happened to visit during an usually hot 4 days in Stockholm where air con is rarely required! I'm very surprised by some negative comments as I didn't see any of those during my stay, especially with the decent rate we paid. A word on location - It's in a fairly central and upmarket area (stureplan) which required no transport at all as we walked everywhere. Stureplan is a nice area to reside but I'd recommend drinking and eating in other areas like södermalm unless you like wearing suits and being ignored by wealthy, champagne drinking locals. I think people expect five star living in hotels but for me a hotel is just for sleeping - so get out there, explore the area and have a good time!

Location is great. Breakfast is good. Everything else is average or below average. Shower is strange, reception staff is half-friendly

Nice hotelPosted Apr 29, 2014
The economy room is very small, our second night we had a different reservation for a bigger room and we were upgraded to the suite with a great view. It was a short walk to the metro station and the street is full of night life. Breakfast was included, it was OK.

Great location. Very basic hotel facilities.Posted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: Pleasant staff. Good Breakfast. Fantastic location
Cons: The whole decor looks quite tired.
Location: Superb location. Shopping and night life nearby. Gamla Stan is a 20 mts walk. Good transport to Central station and the Shopping dist nd Djusgarden
Very convenient location. Very basic room - esp. for the price. But I guess it is the location only that one pays for. Very Good breakfast - very pleased to have hot noodles and konji in the morning.

Ok for the pricePosted Mar 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location of this hotel is great for business etc. in the central part of town. Friendly service. However a few strange things like a toilet placed so close to the shower that there wasn't really room to sit on it and some really cheap synthetic pillows.
