Good hotel, great location.
Nice hotel, well positioned for central Stockholm and 3 minutes fron the Arlanda express terminal. The room we had was well equipped and quite comfortable. Breakfast hada good choice of good food. The usual eggs, bacon, sausages items + meatballs. Also more continental options with a good variety of fruit, cheese, pastries etc.

A wonderful and well priced place to be
Stay was calm and relaxing, room was comfortable and calm. Very uninteresting view but there was an option of a more expensive room with a great view so that all makes sense. The only issue was that we had to choose a narrow slot to have breakfast as they seemed to be too busy to accommodate people arriving at any time.

The hotel room was extremely hot when we complained they opened the window because she said the thermostat was not working. The shower was not clean.

This is the 4th time I stayed in the hotel, but it was the firs with a toddler. The Hotel failed in every single wat to support me and my family to have a nice stay. Also the Front Desk office really needs to improve. There are always at least 2 persons but both deal with only 1 guest, if one want to make any small question one need to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Issues with the payment and invoice. I had request that were never met, like "take the crib out of the bedroom" to say the least. Overall a terrible experience.

Adlon was an easy walk from Central Station. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by very friendly, accommodating staff. I reserved a small room which was exactly what I needed. It was clean, streetside and had all the amenities I could ask for. Their breakfast is fabulous and gets one started for the day. The attached restaurant, Gioia, has a fantastic perch dinner! Ask for Jay as your waiter. Adlon is within walking distance of numerous shops, parks, and eateries. All in all, Adlon is a MUST!!

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable room, air conditioning was playing up though but not too much of an issue. Good continental breakfast and very helpful staff who spoke good English

Beautiful hotel in a great location
The stay was fantastic, with the exception of the air conditioning. The room was warm and we were a little uncomfortable as we could no open windows to cool it down.

Great service, great location, clean rooms. Outside air temperature was 27DegC, limited air conditioning, so room was hot even with windows open.

Area was perfect for shopping, dining and seeing the sights. The breakfast was delicious and the staff worked hard to keep the buffet items stocked and tables cleaned. The room was ok. The carpet was dirty, the beds not very comfy and the bathroom shower was very small.

The location is super convenient! Staff is super pleasant and accomodating. Otherwise, it is a 2-star hotel. Bed not comfortable! No coffee machine. Safe does not work. If priced as a 2 star fine. I left and went to another hotel on same street

Nice building in good location
Very good location situated close to shopping area and within walking distance of the Old Town and Royal Palace. A couple of minutes walk awsy from Central Station and the Arlanda Express for easy airport access. On a main road but we could not hear traffic. Room was clean, nice bathroom, staff pleasant. We booked the superior, not sure why ir was because we've had the same in a standard double room in other cities. Breakfast was very good, they tried to cater for all tastes given the diversity of nationalities. The young people replenishing and ensuring the tables were kept clean etc were lovely.
