Great location, good value hotelPosted Jul 22, 2014
The location can't get any better, just steps away from Central Station and the Arlanda Express. Rooms are small but comfortable . Breakfast is included and is very good.

Small roomPosted Jul 11, 2014
It is located near central station. But, room is too small compare to other northern country's. Staff is very kind. I am satisfied with all thing without room size.

This was a pleasant, good value hotel very close to the central bus and railway stations, and within walking distance of the opera house, town hall and Gamma Stan (for an active walker).

a pleasant surprisePosted Jun 30, 2014
For some reason I wasn't expecting much from this hotel and was quite pleasantly surprised. The staff kicked our visit off with a very quick and effective check in - and they were able to change our room when we discovered we had been given a double instead of twin room. They were helpful with suggestions on where to go and eat etc. Our room was very clean and comfy and quiet - the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was new and the shower was awesome. The location is great - walking distance to almost everything. I would stay here again if returning to Stockholm!

Good hotel, near the station express to airportPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, shower and old building
Cons: Slightly bigger room
Location: 10-15 minute walk to old town/inter-island ferries. Shops 2 minutes, including historic PUB department store. Railway station 1 minute.
Hotel was in characterful, old building. Very convenient when arrived at station from airport on Arlanda Express but hotel still quiet. Quiet room at back of hotel. Room was small, but this was fine as we were out all day. Good wet room shower with underfloor heating in good sized en-suite. Fantastic breakfast with everything from fresh fruit, cereal, cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh salad cheese, ham, smoked salmon, croissants. You could really eat well and not have to eat much (fairly expensive) lunch out. Staff speak English. 10-15 minute walk to old town through pedestrianized streets. Chose to be near station as preferred to do our walking to the sites and not lugging our cases.

Nice hotel, conveniently locatedPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: very good breakfast is included - large selection including yogurts, cereals, cooked oatmeal, eggs, juice, sausages etc. Free Wi-Fi around the hotel
Cons: refill soap, shampoo etc as soon as they get used up
Location: central station and bus terminals are minutes away. Within walking distance from Gamla Stan (the old city)
I stayed there for 4 nights. Asked for an extra bed, and got it, so we had 3 beds in the room.

Good hotel in reasonable locationPosted Jun 21, 2014
Pros: Comfortable room. Good shower - big towels!! Good breakfast.
Cons: They should explain the WiFi more clearly, and let guests know about unusual arrangements eg for a bank holiday.
Location: We loved the Nordic Museum and the amazing Vasa Museum.
The hotel was only about 5 mins walk from the bus station. Room compact but comfortable. The instructions for the WiFi were not given clearly, but we got in eventually. We decided to walk to the Nordic Museum and the Vasa Museum, and they were a good 30 mins away, but well worth the walk. We also ventured a short way into the Djurgarten, which showed promise. We had an excellent steak in a nearby hotel. Breakfast in the Elite Adlon was good, but the staff had not told us it would be an hour late because of the Midsummer Day bank holiday, and this put us under pressure as we had a bus to catch to the airport. Overall, though, would recommend.

Conveniently located hotel with great breakfastPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The staff, the location, the breakfast.
Cons: There was no kleenex in the room.
Location: Just about all of the city's major attractions are within a 20-30-minute walk.
I returned from Stockholm yesterday and am pleased to recommend this hotel, situated a short distance from the city's major attractions. The rooms are modest, but clean and comfortable. The service-oriented staff proved enormously helpful as I negotiated the city. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. One more thing: the rapid train to the airport is located three minutes from the hotel, and an airport bus stops across the street.

Nice, convenient hotel, breakfast includedPosted May 31, 2014
Pros: The location, the rooms, the staff and the inclusive breakfast.
Cons: Larger breakfast area.
Location: Centre of Stockholm, close to the airport links, rail station and other public transport.
Very short walk from the Arlanda Express/coaches and conveniently located near the centre of the city for all the public transport routes. Staff are very helpful. Our room was comfortable, quite and well equipped. The walls could have perhaps been touched up after not one, but two flat screen tvs were fitted in place of the old ones but that is a minor quibble. Having breakfast included in the price is a major bonus given the relatively high cost of eating out in Stockholm. We found the breakfast area a little crowded on one day (Friday) so it might be an issue at the weekend, then again, we were going at a very popular time. We were a family, 2 adults + 1 child. Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again should the situation arise.
