Although this is a budget hotel, the room is fairly large and clean. The double glazing on the window kept out the loud traffic sounds from the main street outside. The roof-terrace is rather nice, and the hotel gives you passes to the nearby fitness centre.
The breakfast buffet has large selection, and the 24 hour coffee/tea and cookies near the front desk is a rather nice touch.
There are hiking and biking trails nearby.
The only thing I feel the room lacked is somewhere to hang my clothes. There were shelves for smaller items and lots of hangers, but no railing to use the hangers.
On the whole, First Hotel is nice, the front desk staff friendly and the location convenient.
