We stay in a quad room. Comfort room and warm room for a winter season. We love the hotel. It will be good to offer us some slipper as the toilet is cold during the winter season. Breakfast is good.

the hotel is obviously undergoing renovation-but our room was great-very spacious,excellent quality beds and bedding,great wet-room.there were a couple of things that seemed slightly unfinished e.g.no ceiling light and tap in bathroom not properly connected but this did not detract from our overall experience.the staff were very friendly and helpful-especially the receptionists.would love to know if i can order the quilts here in the u.k.!!

The hotel was ok, decently located, with some restaurants and conveinience stores in the neighborhood. However, the hotel had very limited service - no refrigerator, no ice-machine, no bar, shower that wet the whole bathroom and relatively small rooms. The bed was nice and the room was clean, internet worked ok but thats about it.

Rooms are painfully small. Wireless network was down constantly. No phones in room requires walking to front desk to get questions answered.

This hotel is currently being refurbished and extended into the basement and these comments are probably due to this disruption. The website talks of large rooms with wood floors and original features, however I was put in a new room created in the basement of the building with no windows. the basement room was small and had 3 beds in it - there is no way 3 people could have shared this room. the wardrobe was tiny - just big enough for 1 person's clothes, nowhere to put the suitcase and certainly no space for 3 people to move about. I complained and was put in one of the original rooms, which do meet the description, but the room missed some features, eg I had to ask for a haridryer, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels. The website talks of flat-screen TV, which is there, but only with 7 Swedish channels, no international channels. they do have free wireless internet connection, which saved the day for my stay.

Well located hotel, close to train stain. We stayed in the triple room with private bathroom. Very clean however small. Stayed only for one night so it was fine.

A large visible rennovation is underway and the ratings will likely not improve until this is complete. The basement room we had was large and very newly renovated and suitable for a family with a small child, despite some internal steps. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff at the desk were helpful. The hotel is excellently located, being in walking distance to the centre.
