This hotel is close to the University and hospital as well as public transportation, making it easy to get in and out of Stockholm and surrounding areas. The room was clean and the staff, although limited in number, were courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this to any traveler.
It seemed to be out on it's own in the neighborhood but I felt safe returning to the hotel even late at night. There always seemed to be at least a few people in the area and it was well lit.

Loved the location with easy access to Stockholm center with the waterbus (but only in the months when runs) as well as trips to the archipelago. Hotel lounge is an advertisement for Gant Home Furnishings but pleasure to sit and relax in. Location very dependent on the restaurant J at the marina so not many options for dining when the restaurant was closed.

There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it is clean and functional. There's a bar area for a drink and a reasonable breakfast spread in the morning. I was only there for one night and didn't get chance to eat at the hotel. I'd rather stay here for business in Kista, rather than somewhere posher downtown.

"Lovely boutique hotel for a romantic weekend away."
My husband and I had a great time in this hotel and we would definitely be back. We stayed one night in the lagom king room. The bed itself was very large and super comfy. The room size was not exactly adequate to the size of the bed though... In fact, I've never seen such a big bed in such a small room. Having said that, it was all designed beautifully, full of quirky and stylish elements. The bathroom was fabulous with a great shower.
The bar/reception area was also full of character. Very friendly staff members. Breakfast was a proper Swedish one - freshly looking and tasting produce and great selection of breads.
Location is good enough, literally 2mins from the station, no more than 10mins to the city centre by train. Of course it would be even better if it was right in the city centre (I believe there is another Story hotel in the city centre), but we were on a tight budget, so this was a very good, affordable alternative.
We had a really good dinner in a fab place called the Public, just around the corner from the hotel.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our weekend break in Stockholm unforgettable.
